Terms and Conditions
1. Trading accounts registered in XM only (XM.com) will take part in the competition.
2. To participate in the competition a Client should open a new trading account without any trading history in XM. Special contest link should be used for the account registration.
3. A Client should send a participant's notification and a new trading account number to support@globegain.com to be eligible for the competition. During two business days Globe Gain will send back a confirmation of participation. In case the trading account is not in the partner group of Globe Gain, the Client should make all necessary actions to get it changed.
4. Cash back for the accounts participating in the contest will be calculated and paid as usual without any exceptions.
5. The participant should fund a new account and start trading during the contest period. The minimum deposit for the competition is 250 usd. Internal transfers are not counted for the competition purposes.
6. At least 1 round lot should be traded on the account during the contest period to be eligible for the participation.
7. Accounts participating in the contest will not be eligible for Bonus promotions from XM.
8. The competition will last from 17/10/2016 till 11.59 pm server time 17/11/2016.
9. The winner account will be the one with the highest profitability.
The winner will be calculated by the following formula:
Profitability = Realized profit / Deposit * 100%
Where:
Realized profit = Balance as at 11:59 pm server time on November, 17 – Deposit
Deposit = Sum of all deposits made during the contest period
10. Prizes for the 3 best results are as follows:

11. The intermediary results of the competition will be released once a week on Globe Gain website.
12. Globe Gain reserves the right to exclude any trading account from the competition in case any trading abuse is detected by the broker (XM).
