As a trader looking to enter the prop space; I'm really thankful to all of you who have honestly reviewed this company and are not afraid to be honest. I'm sincerely sorry you've been wronged by them.

I love this prop firm as they give full freedom to traders, they have no rule except exceeding Max Drawdown. Already got 5 payouts from TS.

not worth the price imo better options elsewere. to reset an xfa is 500 when other places offer stright to funded for 350 and less.
back to back days with px being down. And "unrealized gains" would not be fix resulting in me not being able to have my stop losses be moved up behind profit as wanted. support said they cant fix. Wait for Jan. i demanded a 4 month refund and settled with them to self ban myself. I wont work with a company that wont make things right
Stuck with it and have been profitable lately. It took a long time but I finally feel like I have a flow thanks to TopStep affording me the opportunity to develop. I tried for years and got literally nowhere. Took a couple years off. Came back to find the TopStep offerings have vastly improved since I left. Cheaper and with less rules. I had to try. Again I was failing for a while but getting better and now I’m profitable.
if i could give 0 star that would be it. This is my second review. after all outages happend i decided to go with another firm and closed/cancelled all accounts with topstep. Turns out they still billing me for those accounts. After talking to support this girl argued with me that my accounts werent closed, after showing video and photo proof she told me she would REOPEN those closed accounts so i can have resets available. Why the F these people are charging me for things i cancelled. STEALING their customers. save yourself theres way better firm out there
UPDATE: After a few days Support gave me compensation that is better than a reset credit, they met me in the middle in between a reset credit and my XFA back. if you cooperate with support respectfully, I believe that they will make things right to the best of their ability. Thank you Topstep.

So, I had a tough time figuring out the settings and getting my lot sizes correct for the tools and blew a couple of accounts when I should have used the practice account but I didn't know it was available. Anyways, that was my fault but I reached out to customer service and explained the difficulty I was having and they gave me a reset for my 150k account which I'm very grateful. Thank you for being a solid platform and trading source!
Never ending platform issues, slow support, auto charged me for subscriptions, and didn't even reset the account.

Topstep remain the number ONE on future market market despite of their platform issue, We believe that the CEO will fix it and make it right. Thank for the lock setting feature, we know more are coming

This is in regards to my account tied to jlambujon@gmail. I'm writing to thank the support staff for their incredible every time I've ever had an issue. Individuals I'd like to call out include Tracy, Cole, Ramez, Chris, Natalie, and Joel. I've had a few issues in particular over the recent weeks related to the payout request form freezing when I hit "submit", but Cole, Ramez, and Chis in particular were so quick to get that resolved easily. I had an even more complicated issue related to some billings - the resolution provided was extremely optimal for both sides, and I'm much more excited to use the platform than I was beforehand. Overall, besides the support, TopStep has been a staple in my stable of prop firms that I have utilized over the past 18-24 months.

I have always been an advocate for Topstep and honestly lost trust after the previous outage in December. Someone from Support has actually reached out to my ticket, looked into it and resolved the issue. I was able to get my accounts back. Special thanks to Belen from Support, you have been a great help. Thank you!!

I got payout little denied 300$ but i am fine coz they dont allow DCA trading. Look if they changed it

Nearly zero help from this company even though they claim to be for the trader. I was pretty much told too bad when their platform had known issues. Never again.
Refuse to pay me my 5K😬 after the long hard work and stress Stay a way from Topstep, I made 5k and they refuse to pay me . and they cancelled all of my 3 express activated accounts and my whole profile because they know I'm going to succeed Again. When I was failing they let it go but as soon as i requested a pay out of 5k they closed all 3 my express accounts permanently and the raison for the closure I had tow profile and the first one , closed long time ago.(I did have first profile but they closed it long ago beacause they were charging for a tv which ididn't agree with after I disputed the transaction they closed my account.) Becarfull. NO refund for the transactions I made.AND No pay out for the 5k I REQUESTED is that fair? , to them it is.

I appreciate Topstep for making things right concerning an issue I had. Based on some information I had seen on TopstepTV!, I sought to reset a particular account and it wouldn't go through. I reached out to the support team and with supporting evidence I was able to get my reset rather quickly. My support person was Nevin and they were very professional and efficient. I know that Topstep has growing pains as all up and coming comapines do, however, I am glad that they are still listening to and responding to their customers. Good On You Topstep!

Hey at first i didn't believe all the comments on here and wanted to try topstep myself. But to be honest i wish i never tried topstep very unreliable

Amazing support work! I stupidly sent the wrong payout information 3 times and the way Chris, Natalie and Lauren helped me was amazing and helped maintain the company's reputation as the best prop firm out there. The money is finally on its way to my bank account with the correct information this time.
They do pay out but lately the ceo has ruined the company. Removed tradovate so our only option is ProjectX, which doesn’t work at all. They are so greedy when it comes to compensating us. Can’t see why you would choose topstep when there’s so many better options
Why would anyone trade with Topstep? They got rid of Tradovate, an enterprise platform, and ProjectX is a joke that is down every other day! What a joke!

I made few payouts with Topstep. There were some pb with the last one, and I started to think they wouldn't pay me, but the support team fixed it and I was able to withdrawal. The way they found a solution to the technical pb restore trust. Good experience so far

In a time and place where it’s really difficult to trust a prop firm and experience awesome customer service, Amanda at TopStep is an OUTLIER!! Literally, she educated me on how to get her what she needed to show that an error was made within the system. Then, she escalated my situation and came back with a resolution. I was able to move forward with my trading and place something in my trading journal for the future. Employee like Amanda make TopStep….TOP SHELF! THANK YOU!!

Topstep really upped its game on its infrastructure to handle peak-hour trading volume. The overall experience is unmatched. Notably, I requested a payout yesterday, and the money arrived in my Wise wallet the moment I woke up.
professional thieves are what the people who work at top step are. Horrible platform that has issues every two weeks and im still waiting for them to compensate me for the last one. horrible service. its probably wise to charge back all your money and move to a trustworthy firm
This is by far the worst prop firm to deal with! Their system has been screwing traders, and they won't fix the issues. Video evidence isn't enough. Be very careful when using this company. Their systems will freeze, and they won't do anything but take your money.

Was eigenlijk gewoon een fout van mijn kant maar toch snel opgelost Tracy Onals voorbeeld gesteld moeten worden hoe traders behandeld. Niet gelijk van die standaard berichten maar gelijk kijken naar de oplossing. Bedankt Tracy. Bedankt Topstep gaat weer de goeie kant op Hoy, por primera vez en mucho tiempo, recibí una ayuda excelente del soporte de Topstep (Tracy). They are the best prop firm in my opinion, payouts have always come in good time.. and much less rules than other firms. Please be careful though.. trading us a dangerous game
