My favorite prop by far! Keep up the great work! TopstepTV is the BEST!! I appreciate that Topstep looks out for its traders and its CEO, Mike, who works to move the industry forward regularly.

I had a very good experience with TopStep, their team is responsible and thorough, and really made sure I understood how things worked. I've been learning and definitely made some mistakes, but they were understanding and supportive of traders who are learning and growing.

Topstep is the number propfirm in the game. Their UI is simple and yet professional. Everything l need especially like level 2 data wich is available through their platform X is amazing. Clear rules, never denied payouts, and on top of that, due to the AWS outage, though a global problem, the Topstep team came through for their customers giving free account for both combine and express funded. I love me my Topstep

Topstep is the best propfirm out there, the only propfirm that really take responsibility on technical issues, all though thisnis not their blame. Smooth payouts, good service, good platform.

I have been trading with TopStep for almost a year. I earned my Express Funded Account in July 2025 and was also able to take my first first payout in August. So far so good. I had adapted my trading to their platform TopStepX and was very comfortable with the setup. Then bad luck struck. I lost my XFA one day of volatile trading because of my own mistakes. I then bought a fresh Combine determined to do it again. This is where my problems started. They asked me for a KYC verification as part of the process (never asked for in my earlier purchase of the combine and even during the first payout I took ). Despite submitting multiple Government issued IDs, my KYC verification was rejected for reasons not known to me. They kept asking for my passport which had unfortunately expired and not acceptable to them. As they kept threatening to close my account, I requested them multiple times to accept alternate forms of ID available for now and give me time till the passport gets renewed. However, they did not relent and closed my account eventually while asking me to get back to them once the required ID proof becomes available. I find this attitude very high handed and unfriendly. Why could they not accept alternative form of ID which is widely acceptable in my own country for KYC (called Aadhaar) and insist only on an ID which would take time to renew? I love their platform and services and have no reason to complain otherwise, however, I find it very hard to digest that they simply closed my account without giving a proper reason why an alternate form of ID is not acceptable. Not done! You have lost my respect.
The best prop firm for me is Topstep, no tricky rules, if you make the profits you'll get paid, period, no grey areas. Is very rewarding and exciting to know that if you put the hard work you'll get paid. Thank you Topstep for making this a reality.
I love the UI. I think how my analytics are recorded are nice. I don’t like the activation fee to starting an express account. And the consistency rule once trading in an express account is annoying. I love topstep x and I love the community surrounding topstep. Great site.
Guys, stay away from this propfirm. They manipulate the market to hit your stop loss

Tiffany was great, I was a grumpy A$$ and she was still cordial, polite, and respectful. She continued to help me despite my lack of care and consideration. All in all, thankful again for interacting with her :D
I’ve been trading with TopStep and recently experienced firsthand how genuinely ethical and trader-focused this firm is. Earlier this week, a global AWS outage impacted many companies, including TopStep. Because of this, I was unable to trade for most of the day. Later that afternoon, when the systems came back online, I managed to make a tiny profit in my funded account. Unfortunately, the next day that profit had disappeared due to genuine restoration efforts. I raised the issue to TopStep and shared my frustration {Bruno and Team} — and I was genuinely impressed by how they handled it. They took full accountability even though the outage was completely outside their control, and as a gesture of goodwill, they rewarded me with additional funded accounts for each one that was affected. They didn’t have to do that — but they did. That level of integrity, transparency, and respect for traders really sets them apart. It’s clear that TopStep isn’t just about evaluating traders; they’re truly committed to supporting, encouraging, and motivating them to succeed. In an industry where trust is everything, TopStep has earned mine completely. Highly recommend them to any serious trader looking for a fair, ethical, and supportive prop firm.
Not too pleased. With my account being reverted. It did put a stop to my winning streak ended up losing the account.

Topstep is a great company. They give you all the training you could ask for that's included in your subscription. They don't look for ways to not grant your payouts & they try to help you along the way to your success. The reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is I would like to see the drawdown on combines & express funded accounts to be static from the get go. Currently, it is a trailing drawdown until you reach 3% profits from your initial balance & then it becomes static. Once you become funded, they require a minimum of 5 trading days of $150 of profit before you become eligible for a payout. While this is totally doable, I would like it to be lowered to only 3 days. The other reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is in the Express Funded Accounts (which is simulated) & in their Live Funded Accounts you only get 50% of your profits. I'd like to see this be no lower than 75%. In the Express Funded Accounts there is a cap of $5,000 per payout request regardless of how much you earned. There is no cap on the Live Funded Accounts, but you still only get 50% of the profits earned. Again, I'd like to see this number be no less than 75% & I'd like the minimum number of profitable days be lowered to 3 days max. If you can live with these requirements TopStep is for you.

Topstep support is top notch! I don't need them much, but when I do it's always a good experience due to quality research into my concerns with detailed responses in a timely manner.

Overall, my experience with Topstep has been good — the platform works smoothly, support is responsive, and the process is generally transparent. However, payouts via Wise can take far too long. My most recent one has been pending for more than 10 days, which is frustrating and really needs improvement. Timely payments are essential for traders, and I hope Topstep addresses this delay soon.

No one can talk bad about this firm. To me it seems like kind people are running this business. Much love to them. Can add more people for support but overall it's my #1 prop firm
I’ve written positive reviews about Topstep before so this one is not one I want to write but need to write. Topstep could be THE premier prop firm by leaps and bounds but one area that are extremely unreliable on is customer support. I am now approaching day #3 and I have yet to hear back from a representative about my outstanding issues. Calling the number is pointless… I never get through. But to have to wait 2+ days for a representative to reply to me is unacceptable. Don’t put a default message in your chat box saying “Typical response time under 1 hour” and have me wait days. That’s unacceptable. And then to when the representative finally reply, don’t have them wait hours to follow up with me again after I respond to them. As I said, Topstep could be the gold standard, premier prop firm, but their customer support response time is very disappointing… especially when their competitors rely not just on after-hours, but on the weekends too.

They’re was a error at the charts after the power outage and lost my accounts due to it I tried reaching out to the topstep team but still haven’t received a response even though I was told by the automated ai message that they’ll get back to me after 2 hours I waited a whole day and still did not receive a response I thought to myself that’s fine I will keep on waiting because I do trust this firm and have been using it for a year and a half now but checked with my other trading team that had the same problem said that they got back to them and assisted to them, told my self that’s fine I will keep on waiting now I’m on day 2 and still did not receive any assistance as I’m writing this message I feel that my message is being seen but ignored which is very unprofessional I do hope they fix this issue
