MT5 1012715 I have been trading with Markets.com and currently have earnings of around $57k. However, I have completely lost trust in this broker due to their inability to process even small withdrawals. I submitted a withdrawal request for $900 on January 7, 2026, followed by $100 on January 8, 2026, and another request on January 14, 2026. As of today (January 19), all requests are still "pending." The support team gives the same copy-paste response every time: "Sir, we understand, and I have just escalated this again. We sincerely appreciate your patience... please allow us to receive feedback first." Meanwhile, my Relationship Manager has stopped replying entirely and has been silent for the last 5 days. It feels like they only care about accepting deposits. If a broker cannot process a withdrawal of roughly $1,000 without weeks of delays and excuses, how can anyone trust them with larger funds?
I am eternally grateful to Zent ri Coups, who recovered my lost funds and kept me from falling apart.

Account Number: MK3523013 I had a very bad and shocking experience with Markets.com. This broker has withheld my hard-earned money of 25,175 USD and is not processing my withdrawal. At the time of deposit, everything was very smooth. Their team was continuously calling and encouraging me to deposit more funds. But when I requested a withdrawal, the real problem started. They are delaying my withdrawal without any valid reason, asking for repeated documents, giving automated replies, and sometimes not responding at all.

I had mixed a quite few accounts and could not solve this myself. You where very helpful and fixed it fast and to my fully satisfaction.

Very competent and pleasant service
I am writing regarding my MT5 account registered under login number 1010168. My withdrawal request of $2112 has not been processed for over 3 days. No explanation has been provided, and customer support has been responding with repetitive, generic answers, effectively ignoring my concerns. Despite all my polite inquiries and efforts, I have received no meaningful response and have been unable to reach any responsible personnel. Furthermore, although I have deposited and withdrawn funds multiple times before, and even experienced several prior losses, this withdrawal request has remained unprocessed without reason for more than 3 days. Markets.com is unjustly holding my funds, causing significant inconvenience, and has ignored all my repeated attempts to resolve the issue

Dont even try trading with Markets.com... They are a scam broker. They have a very easy deposit process but when it comes to withdrawal they make it very difficult. They are a B broker meaning they expect you to loose in roder for them to make money. When you win they loose money so you are bad for business and it will be very diffucult to withdraw funds

Very good support. I spent a very long time with uploading documents for proof of adress. But support was very patient, and guided me trough it. It was my fault- but the helped me untill it succeded. They were very polite and nice all the way

I have been trading with markets.com for quite a while now and my recent experiences with them have been truly horrendous. I would not recommend any one to use this broker or their platform. In summary, 1. Markets.com is not at all reliable brokers. 2. Their technology is super outdated and flawed. You can download their mobile app and see for yourself. It will take forever to load if you are lucky and won’t even load a lot of times. 3. Their customer support is pathetic. They do respond on email quite promptly but will never be able to resolve your issue. They will just buy time by telling you to be patient. 4. Their swaps and commissions are quite high compared to other brokers. You can check this for yourself and compare with other brokers. 5. They tend to increase their spread at any time, which may trigger your SL’s especially on overnight open positions. You can read 02 of my recent experiences with them in detail below. On 15Apr 2025, I got and opened the markets.com app. I was shocked to see that my 50K+ account had become zero. There was a margin call at night, and all my positions had closed. I quickly switched on my laptop to see what instrument had fallen, trying to figure out what happened. I saw that the DAX chart was showing a move to zero. YES! ZERO. I emailed customer service, and they told me that they would investigate how my position closed and what had happened. I sent a Whatsapp message to my RM (Moayad) several times. But did not receive any reply. The level of anxiety I had at that point was tremendous. Finally, after 6 hours my RM contacted me and got all my positions reinstated. And offered me a $4000 bonus (which could not be withdrawn of course) but to be used for trading. I was told that the bonus would be with me until I make a withdrawal. But one fine day, I got an email from markets.com that the bonus was expiring in one week. Attached are the DAX chart screenshots taken on that day along with the messages sent to the RM on Whatsapp. Currently if you go their app and look at the DAX chart, you will not be able to see this incident as they have rectified their charts. Most recently on 20Oct 2025, I had some open sell positions on NZDCAD. The SL was far from the closing price on Friday. On Monday, as the market opened, I saw that my NZDCAD positions were immediately closed, and my Stop Loss was triggered. When I opened the chart to check, I saw that the price had opened well below my SL, and the price had not even come close to my SL. I emailed markets.com immediately asking them for an explanation. They told me my RM will get in touch with me. It has been 48 hours, and no one has reached out to me. When I asked the support staff on email for an explanation, all they have to say is that the spreads (which are controlled by markets.com) were very high the time my positions closed, which caused my SL to trigger. The difference between where the market opened and where my SL was 516PIPS. So you can imagine my frustration.

Overall positive experience with markets. Support is helpful and friendly (those that I have dealt with). Deposits and withdrawals have been hassle free. Unfortunately I need to eft for deposits from my bank but that's nothing serious...

SCAM Broker Markets.com I have traded with them for some time, first they lure me by sending emails to restart the trading and when I deposited money and traded but at the time me withdrawing my money they are keep on delaying it. Its been week now I am struggling to get my money back which is $630 and support is not helpful at all. They will just write a script to you. I can say that markets.com is not a trust worthy platform with your funds so be careful to be robbed by them. My MT4 account no is 909315

Save yourself from unnecessary stress by avoiding this platform. it was so easy to deposit money when I’m on a losing streak but now that I have made profit they don’t want to release my money they denied my withdrawal request 4 times……….Dont be afraid to seek help I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within 48hours. I have evidence

Extremely Frustrating Experience with Markets.com I opened an account with Markets.com and initially had a smooth experience. My account was verified, and I began trading successfully, even making a profit. The first withdrawal was processed within 5 hours, which was great. However, things quickly turned sour after they requested additional Proof of Residence. Despite providing several documents, including bank statements and utility bills with stamps, all of my submissions were rejected. I spent over 4 days running around different banks and utility companies, trying to meet their requirements, but they continued rejecting everything. In the end, my account was locked to "read-only," and I was unable to withdraw or trade. This has been incredibly frustrating and has left me feeling helpless. Customer support hasn’t been helpful, and I feel completely stuck. I would advise caution before investing here.
Hello, Three days ago, I deposited $2,500 into my account with login number 906175. Although the website states that the deposit will be credited instantly, three days have passed and the amount has not been added to my account. I have shared all the screenshots with the company, but they told me they are still waiting for confirmation from the payment provider. They said the process would be completed within 1 to 3 days, but the timeframe has now passed and there is still no result.
