Struggling to withdraw my funds Its been 5 days since I have placed a withdrawal request but still it did not process. I have spoke with support couple of times and they keep on saying it will be processed soon but no results. Please be careful before you start to trade and trust this broker. Not a good experience at all for me.

Be aware!!! At first the service was good. Lately withdrawals started taking longer. Deposit are now taking even longer to reflect. I made a deposit since the beginning of the week, it’s been three days now. No one is saying anything. All their support can not tell me what has happened to my deposit. Service is very very bad. If I don’t get any respond after so long. I will be reporting then local regulators. Seems they becoming a scammer.

On three attempts to withdraw funds, it has taken longer than 10 working days for me to receive my funds, my personal bank statement is required each time i request a withdrawal. I still have no received my third withdrawal.

Very bad service, I made a deposit, the transaction was completed in one minut. And when I wanted to withdraw, 24 hours passed and I haven't received the coins yet 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

They wiped and closed my account with over 300k for no reason and no customer support, ive been trying and keep trying to revover my funds, anyone can help me to recover ?
