I like that IB works worldwide. I dislike IB, because it is impossible to login into my account now (IB requires installing their mobile app to login, but my phone does not support it). Their site has a bad interface.

They took my license to trade stock options, in particular 'covered put'. I did what they asked me and still two months later I can't sell covered puts.

Never had a problem with IB in 5 years, I even had pleasant surprises like my cash balance acting as a savings account, and the new Research section including MorningStar data. Great margin rates and fees as well.

The compliant to IB Hong Kong is not handled properly. There is no escalate channel if the customer didn't agree with the reply.

Overall a great experience using IBKR - from onboarding, trading and getting money out - a seamless experience. I particularly enjoy the mobile app, highly competitive commissions, and attractive interest rates for cash in the account. Highly recommend using this brokerage platform.

Interactive Brokers is miles ahead of any other UK broker I’ve used. I really enjoy the ability to buy all kinds of assets from around the world at extremely low fees, it’s a true global platform. Great service, great interface, and overall an unmatched product. It’s fantastic that they now offer ISAs, and I would encourage anyone in the UK to make the switch, you simply won’t find anything comparable elsewhere. The only downside (and hopefully future improvement) is the lack of a proper SIPP option. Currently, you have to go through small third-party administrators to move pension money, and based on their reviews, that’s far from ideal. I strongly urge IBKR UK to introduce a direct SIPP solution, it would make it possible to move all my investments here and would surely be a great business opportunity for them too.

For me, Interactive Brokers has clearly been the best broker. The platform does take a little time to learn, but once you get used to it, it’s powerful, reliable, and has all the tools I need. Fees are low, execution is smooth, and support has been helpful whenever I reached out. I’m genuinely satisfied and would recommend it.

I am german, and IBKR is the best choice in my opinion for trading at low cost and many possibilities. One thing that is regularly quite complicated is receiving the entrance tickets to german shareholder meetings, therefore one star less then possible. All in all, I can really recommend IBKR.

The live chat timed out before the conversation was finished. This happened twice in quick succession despite me asking the live chat consultant to prevent this if possible. After the time outs the consultant did not reopen the chat. So I was unable to address the issue.

The site does exactly what I want it to do and at a cost, brokerage, that's acceptable. It can be hard for beginners. I have been with IB for over 10 years and know the platform inside out. I can't remember the last time I asked for help, but when I used to in the early days, it was frustrating at times.

I have been with them for quite some time and never had trouble before, but now that I'm trying to take my money out, it's been nothing but frustration. It's been a long wait with no success, and even trying to close the account feels far too complicated. Finding century100 was one of my best decisions. They truly pay, and everything runs smoothly now.

Do not engage with this platform, you will end up losing all your money.

My funds got stuck at verifying during withdrawal, and support is not helping. No updates, no timelines. STAY FAR AWAY!!!
 The plan listed above on Grand scale 's trading are really affordable unlike this company.

I joined because they promised low costs but that changed the moment I had an issue. Everything suddenly became expensive and frustrating. I can't reach anyone for help, not even after paying them heavy commissions. Their tax reports are a nightmare, full of mistakes. Every time I think it can't get worse, it somehow does. I like the way Macrotory AI works. they keep me informed and I can access my money any time I need them.

The platforms they have developed is very useful. Anyway, I would go to have someone to consult anytime all the time i need to operate. Perhaps, through a chat in the same platform or something like that.

Great pricing for trades, very powerful UI though sometimes difficult to navigate. Extensive access to multiple markets. FX trades are the most competitive in Australia by a long shot. Customer service can be a bit difficult to access but they are there and

Although it may seem like a complex and daunting brokerage site, it is also the most intuitive and user friendly brokerage site around. Easy to navigate and informative at every stage of a trade and extensive options to customise layout.

Out of the blue I'm asked to provide documentation how I earned or saved the capital which I had transferred to you 5 years ago. I didn't. have the time and my account was blocked. Also I can't find any number to call you if there is one it is in Switzerland. Terrible service. I will close my account an leave as soon as I find a new broker.
