Service is excellent. Prices are good. Even on European markets, there is a complete set of order types. Customer service answers rather promptly. I gathered all my accounts, even the PEA, since IBKR is managing PEA, by them. Only one difficulty I experienced, when I wanted to avoid red for safety reasons. Nevertheless, we found a solution to proceed otherwise.

A very complete broker with many investing options. It is complex as well (due to the many options you have) and reports are, sometimes, a bit confusing at the very beginning; until you get used to them). Then, it is a very good, trustful and low-commission broker
I love low cost trading, transparency (as IBKR is publically traded) and huge number of instruments available. There are however small things that could be improved from the web site user experience perspective, like sometimes login sms does not arrive or charts are clumsy and not very readable, or neverending notifications that I should do something etc.
I was waiting for a trading permission for over two months. I filled out all the required forms over and over again. The customer service representatives don't update, barely respond. I gave up and just closed the account.
Excellent pricing for trading futures contracts. Platform, trader workstation totally reliable. Interest paid on rrsp accounts. Excellent price fills on orders, no front running. Rarely any problems. Trust worthy.
IB commissions and fees are low but as the old saying goes - "you get what you pay for." Their customer service is unreliable, unresponsive and any escalated issue will come from a non named person in your inbox. I have been migrating my million plus portfolio to another firm the last year.
IBKR has been able to meet all my needs for managing my investments and has even more to offer.
Platform is advanced...great... Call Centre is helpful and dedicated...
