I made the decision to give up trading after learning that swap-free accounts—also referred to as Islamic accounts—do not adhere to Sharia law as CFD Gold is not backed by real gold. I therefore donated all of my earnings to charitable causes. On Juy 14, 2026, FXCM replied to my questions as follows: "Regarding your questions about our Islamic accounts, please refer to the information below: 1- Is trading CFD Gold thru Islamic accounts Shariah compliant? Islamic account removes swap charges but does not automatically make gold CFDs shariah -compliant. 2- Who is the regulating Islamic body that certifies that Islamic swap free accounts are Shariah-compliant? None. FD/FXCM does not specify any Islamic regulatory body that certifies its swap free account as shariah – compliant. 3- Who is the Islamic third party that audits annually Shariah-compliance of the accounts? None. FD/FXCM does not appoint a third-party Islamic auditor for annual shariah compliance review. 4- Do you have a Shariah-compliance Department that ensures the accounts are operated in compliance with Shariah? FD/FXCM does not have a dedicated shariah compliance department that ensures the accounts are operated in compliance with Shariah."

Service is not solution oriented. no solution for serious faults. Thank you for your feedback here. However I would strongly prefer to collaborate on these issue with a !!!competent!!! Servicepartner from your side. Sorry, in many cases I found that I as "stupid customer" knows your software better than FXCM service. TSDesktop data transmission stops when using VPN. A: TS has no automatic reconnect. This is proven many times. A VPN: A competent service would ask questions about settings, environment, recommend checks. I rarely experienced it. I experienced customer blaming. TS does not automatically reconnect, SW restart needed. It is proven fact, that when the IP address of the connection has been changed, - by VPN usage - by Internet connection provider - by router restart TS Desktop freezes, no more data update, chart freezes exactly at the time when my provider changes the IP address at night by routine. No other Apps, no other SW, no other connection is affected. I am running several browser incarnations with connections to c, Telegram and see real AIs. No problems at all! I can continue with publishing each and every single fault I meet on a weekly basis, or I open an FXCM user forum where everybody can discuss their issues. TS Mobile: It may take minutes until a enter/modify.../close mask is completed. the most disturbing deficiency for a trader, when seconds count to close a position!!!!! Not acceptable. I have full WIFI or mobile signal level when this occured! I stay to my statement: TS has many features but SW has too many faults. Seems not to maintained since many years. Dead Link to operation manual, so no operation manual exists. A: TS-Hilfe-Benutzerhandbuch: NOTHING!!! No support for Marketscope LUA language. A: I ask for language support, not for coding! I have a user account with F codebase. I do not receive answers to my questions. As soon as I click on a item, I am logged out automatically. FXCM is THE unique service interface for users. The least thing for them is to forward customer request for language support "how to do..." internally to the concerned engineers/subsystem what so ever. It's not about strategy/indicator programming. FXCM, thank you for your attention and feedback. I cannot recommend others to use. my experience.
I have been trading with FXCM for a while now and the service is flawless. The spreads on major Forex pairs are quite competitive, and the market execution is transparent. It is a reliable broker with years of experience that perfectly delivers what a trader needs for daily operations.

I found this broker through other traders' reviews, and I'm really happy that they also have excellent support. Yesterday, I filed a ticket to restore my account, which I hadn't traded for years. Andres, the account manager, assisted me in resolving my problems, and it was quick and simple. Not everyone does this so neatly with such excellent support. Thank you!
I have been using the FXCM platforms for almost 20 years and find them to be very reliable, intuitive and flexible. I also find the FXCM staff to be very supportive and responsive. I am also very comfortable investing my money with FXCM.
aint resolve my problem
Joined the company based on good reviews on the web, however, wanted to experience trading with them through small account at first. Terrible experience... From positions closing by itself (margin requirments, is it ?! LOL ), to horrible trading conditions, but not so obvious though ( experienced traders would know what i mean) . Having had years of experience, my honest opinion, its not worth even trying. Stay smart and safe folks... TC ................ Appreciate your response and concern,,, What i have experienced in one part was diffently not related to marging call. as I have stated before ,an intent to test the effectiveness of the functions and services, and i was startled. Iam not willing to dive deep into this because issues such as but not limited to; (artificial spread Widening, high slippage, sudden changes in margin reqmnts ) all in simple words. They can lead to poor trading conditions as you are aware. and very easy to re-occur again when adjusted by the service provider. My review was reflection of my experience, and only can be experienced the same way. If it was pleasant I would state, no harm in that. Its not obligatory to be taken seriously by any. Regards.

Great broker, good spread in high vol; interface e and operation methods. Has trailing stop wich is good and OCO ordens. Could be more withdraw options, but for now its working; via international bank transfers.
Technical support and customer service are always on time. FXCM has provided me with training, indicators, and seminars that have helped me improving my trading.
I had a Tradu account (unfunded) and for whatever reason my account was transferred here. Stupidly I thought I'd give them a try. I couldn't log in so emailed stating this was due to my old phone number being registered..so if necessary, delete my account so I can open a new one and fund it. Sadly i ended up with Denis who closed my account and told me to email someone else to delete it rather than deal with it himself ... or maybe update my number so I could log in. There were easy options but Denis chose the slower more awkward one. Obviously I just funded my usual account and now Tradu /FXCM missed out. I hope Denis is new and can be retrained to help people who are willing to deposit rather than just be difficult. On the plus side, they didn't and won't get any of my money.

First of all, I have been a customer of this company for almost 20 years, although I just came back after a three year away for the reason I got absolutely fed up of the backoffice incompetence. I will start with the pros: They have the best trading platform in town: Trading Station 2. ...and that's it. Now for the cons.: The backoffice is a careless rude disaster and their communication even with their own support people is absolutely deficient and takes ages. Needless to say, they take ages to pay withdrawals (for example to Skrill which is instant in over 95% of brokers). All in all they have a severe administrative mess and the promoters keep calling while ignoring the facts one has claimed for (probably because they are inside kelpers as well and not because they don't want to help). Forget about talking on the phone if a trading emergency arises; in any case, get a veeeery comfortable chair while you endlessly wait to be answered. The Latin America chat support during daytime is bad and you'll waste a lot of time, many times to get no soultion to your problem at all. At night it is much better: it is answered (in English of course) by Australian guys who are really very competent and patient (although I have the strong impression that there's only one or two people in charge for all the world). If you reside in Latin America, this company is regulated by a lawless remote island in the Caribbean; this alone is a severe warning if you plan to spend important money trading, and I wonder why, because if you live in the "first world" then there are much more serious and trustable regulating entities. Bottom line: since they have an outstanding unmatcheable trading station, even better than Saxo's, it is worth trading there small money. I would not recommend anyone to trade serious money there, because when the time comes to withdraw (and although in the end they always paid me so far), you will have a hard time waiting for your money. This used to be a great company, but now nobody gives a s**t to correct elementary and easy issues such as paying money wallets such as Skrill fast.
