Good, look nice
First of all, I have been a customer of this company for almost 20 years, although I just came back after a three year away for the reason I got absolutely fed up of the backoffice incompetence. I will start with the pros: They have the best trading platform in town: Trading Station 2. ...and that's it. Now for the cons.: The backoffice is a careless rude disaster and their communication even with their own support people is absolutely deficient and takes ages. Needless to say, they take ages to pay withdrawals (for example to Skrill which is instant in over 95% of brokers). All in all they have a severe administrative mess and the promoters keep calling while ignoring the facts one has claimed for (probably because they are inside kelpers as well and not because they don't want to help). Forget about talking on the phone if a trading emergency arises; in any case, get a veeeery comfortable chair while you endlessly wait to be answered. The Latin America chat support during daytime is bad and you'll waste a lot of time, many times to get no soultion to your problem at all. At night it is much better: it is answered (in English of course) by Australian guys who are really very competent and patient (although I have the strong impression that there's only one or two people in charge for all the world). If you reside in Latin America, this company is regulated by a lawless remote island in the Caribbean; this alone is a severe warning if you plan to spend important money trading, and I wonder why, because if you live in the "first world" then there are much more serious and trustable regulating entities. Bottom line: since they have an outstanding unmatcheable trading station, even better than Saxo's, it is worth trading there small money. I would not recommend anyone to trade serious money there, because when the time comes to withdraw (and although in the end they always paid me so far), you will have a hard time waiting for your money. This used to be a great company, but now nobody gives a s**t to correct elementary and easy issues such as paying money wallets such as Skrill fast.

The platform is good and it hasn’t given me any issues so far. What I don’t like is the order placement process — sometimes it freezes, which makes it difficult to work comfortably, although it doesn’t happen very often. Overall, it’s a good platform for developing as a professional.

I'm frustrated by the fact the FXCM took thus far almost 6 months to review my verification documentation.
Christian has been incredibly helpful. He has been so patient with my questions. No matter how many times I send him an email, he always gets back to me within a few hours the same day with a wonderful resolution which has always been exactly what I was looking for. I one hundred percent recommend FXCM, just because of Christian.
I am trading with FXCM since last sixteen years. After this very long experience I must very honestly admit that FXCM is simply the best for me. In between I have tried different platforms but I did not like it. FXCM is like an Apple phone which makes very complex things very simple. My withdrawal were on time and my deposits were instant. I also have a dedicated adviser as well who calls me regularly. I like this platform and the people who manage it. All positive. Well I did lose money as well but it is the part of the trading life.
I made a transfer into my account but could not find it. The service agent was very supportive and looked into the case immediately and stayed with me until resolution. He also taught me a few things about the transfer methods
