My stock transfer request was pending for a while because Jigal was out of office, as soon as he came back, he sent the necessary information to start the stock transfer process.

I really like the eToro platform. It is very easy to use and highly user-friendly, even for people who are new to investing. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it simple to navigate between different assets and tools. A special mention goes to my advisor, Joseph Di Segni, who has been extremely supportive throughout my investing journey. He is always available to help, answer questions, and provide guidance whenever needed. His support has been invaluable in helping me define, refine, and continuously improve my investing strategy, giving me more confidence in my decisions.
Attended the Diamond Event at Dubai. It was exceptionally well-organized. I would also like to thank Enas Younes for her sincere follow up, professionalism and dedication towards the customers which help us in managing the accounts efficiently. eToro is very easy to use and has great additional benefits, like subscriptions. Also, the response time of the account manager is quick. They are very willing to help you.
Etoro platform is easy to use and offers a wide range of assets from crypto over stocks to commodities. I have always experienced satisfactory customer care. The etoro team is always keen to offer investment opportunities according to the latest developments in the financial markets and sometimes even offers downside risk protection - where else can you find such a feature? As long as you stay away from leveraged positions and follow a defined investment strategy you can enjoy a positive experience on the etoro platform.
My user name is johnbeverstaxi and my case numbers are 08500790 and 08575957. My account has been randomly restricted with no explanation as to why for over 20 days now After a lot of contacting support who give robotic answers I finally received an e mail stating that restrictions can now be removed this was on December 18th I had a phone call with them and provided the required documents and yet nothing It is now 23December and all of my contact with support is unhelpful as they constantly repeat that they will escalate the case and still nothing They are holding my money hostage I consider this stealing I have been lied to as I have documented evidence that I have sent to them of there claim that restrictions can be removed yet they are not Supposedly they escalated this to upper management it’s been all day and nobody from upper management contacted me What kind of company treats paying customers this way with lies and betrayal of trust , if I have to I will seek legal action

I love Etoro, its the easiest platform to use and it is instant buying and selling. I would have given it 5 stars, but, I am still suffering from the staking on my crypto, which I keep switching off and yet it still stakes despite many trips to customer services. So I will simply move my crypto to a crypto platform and keep Etoro as a stocks and shares only platform
As per others who tried to open a cash ISA; lost money on conversion to USD then charged £5 to withdraw the money back. Received email today which did manage to get to the right part of the website but trust lost so will not be opening. Something wrong with the platform, avoid if you're trying to open cash ISA and prefer to talk to people to resolve.
Etoro is a great company because of the level of the support they offer. Especially with personal management. I love the way they have specialised products and smart portfolios. To top it off they have personalised account managers. That makes it worth it. My manager is Callum Frame - to me that makes it more human and user friendly- literally. Keep up the innovation and continue to treat the customers with respect and this will take over the trading world one day

I’ve been looking for an account with features similar to eToro for a long time. I tried many platforms but none of them offered the functionality I needed. Today I came across eToro by chance and so far I’m completely satisfied The registration and verification process is very simple and straightforward. I’m going to keep using it and hope for long-term cooperation. Thank you!
Awful company. Registered 2 weeks after turning 18 and invested 170 USD for my first payment. The day after my account was wrongfully terminated because I was apparently under 18 according to their dumbass AI. I was then refunded 135 USD and have gotten no help. It also doesn’t help that they make it extremely hard for you to deposit funds or even create an account to begin with. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever gotten
There may be many reasons to choose eToro among the many offers in the trading platforms sector. One of eToro's main advantages is its "Smart Portfolios." Even if you don't want to copy the entire portfolio, you can simply review and analyze the stocks included in it and add some positions to your own portfolio.

My Senior Account Manager Enas Younes has always been professional and proactive, regularly reaching out to update me on market changes and how they could affect my account. She listens to my concerns, addresses them quickly, and I would gladly recommend her to family and friends.

Schon aus Prinzip werde ich weiter "nerven", bis ich meine 12,50€ zurück habe. ---- out of the etoro-mail: "We would like to mention that there is 12.56 USD in your eToro available balance. Since the withdrawal fee is 5.00 USD and the minimum amount for a bank transfer is 30.00 USD, this amount is non-refundable. If you wish, you can deposit up to the minimum amount and then make a withdrawal." Instead of refunding my money, they want even more. Case 08551900 How stupid can internal rules be?
I have had a very positive experience with eToro, particularly regarding the support from my Senior Account Manager. They are highly professional, solution-oriented, and consistently provide valuable assistance. The platform itself feels solid and intuitive, making for a seamless user experience. Highly recommended.

I joined to open a Cash ISA. I moved money into the Etoro app. When I wanted to add cash to the ISA I could not. i had a number of contact with Etoro support but they could not help, eventually they passed me on to MoneyFarm who manage the ISA. I have been a member of Etor for two weeks I I have never experienced such a poor service offering! Disgraceful and not a great experience for a new customer!

Service and the team have been great. The services offered on the platform are also amazing. I just wish there were more growth & smaller stocks available to trade on the platform.
UPDATE: etoro got in touch and said that even though I clicked on cash ISA, it was all my (the customers) fault and they will leave my fund in the USD platform, absolutely ridiculous. Keep away - this is THE worst response from a financial company I have ever encountered. If I could give zero stars after their last response I would. On Tuesday evening UK time (16/12) I clicked on the link for an etoro Cash ISA under etoro through google in the UK, it sent me directly to their etoro website where I then transferred £x,xxx of my savings trusting etoro as a first time user, thinking this was going into a cash isa (as that was the link I clicked on). Once money was taken by etoro I was then charged a conversion fee?!?!!! - extremely annoyed about this …as I was wrongly set up by etoro OUTSIDE my Cash ISA into their US investment platform. So now I have my savings sitting in etoro US investment platform in dollars with no way to transfer to my Cash ISA and randomly charged a fee!!?! as NOT the cash isa that I directly clicked on and on top of this where they have charged me for their error. As a conversion fee! I have tried over the last 2 DAYS to get someone from etoro to respond and NOTHING from management at all or THEIR operations team. I have requested a call (given my number and they choose not to call) on numerous occasions as per my live chat transcript and nothing from etoro! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a financial company, you cannot just ignore this, I wanted a call over last 48hrs and nothing and my money refunded….. and nothing. I have given my phone number but no one has called me. As a first time user of etoro and I am SO let down SO disappointed after the media advert in the UK about their Cash ISA and still NO response from etoro at all! 2 days of my time on their live chat promising escalation and call back and NOTHING! Cases raised with ZERO response.

Katarina is a great key account manager, who is always ready to respond to any questions I might have. What is great about her approach is she makes you feel that she is actually really happy about you reaching out to her. She responds to all requests with a smile, and that makes the client happy likewise.
Here is a copy an email I tried to send to eToro: "eToro for some unknown reason is no longer responding to log in requests on my MacBook. When I input my User Name and Password, a verification request informs me a code has been sent to my mobile device, but i never receive it. So, I opt for an SMS and I never recieve that. Finally, I request a telephone call to my ***43 number, but i never recive that either. I go the eToro Help Centre, but it requests I log in, putting me back into the same cycle of zero contacts from eToro. So, I have asked for a ticket as a 'Visitor'. I know I am a small (very) investor, but my wife and daughter have several tens of £000s invested through eToro." Guess what? When I press 'Send Message' I am requested to log in. So, beware of getting involved with eToro. They're good at allowing you to trade, but exceedingly poor regarding custmer service.
I’ve had a very positive experience with eToro overall. The platform is beginner-friendly, intuitive, and easy to navigate, even if you’re just getting started. One feature I really like is the smooth integration with TradingView, being able to track investments directly on interactive charts makes monitoring positions simple and efficient. eToro offers a wide range of instruments, including stocks, ETFs, and CFDs, which gives plenty of flexibility when building a portfolio. A special mention goes to Enas Younes, my account manager. She has been extremely helpful, answering all my questions about the platform. She’s always reachable, friendly, and professional, which makes the whole experience much more reassuring. Thanks
Great event, I was pleased to have a chance to meet eToro employees and userw. The only problem was that only 1 ticket per user was available (last years it was 1+1).
