The innovative ideas that ETORO have introduced over the years have been impeccable. You feel a sense of belonging when you attend the events. Being able to chat with fellow investors has also really helped me to broaden my approach and strategies.

I have been using eToro for a couple of years. Exceeding my expectation, they recently invited me to the Rugby match played by Chiefs and Harlequins in Exeter. Our group had VIP entry with complimentary food and drinks, and it was a really great experience for me. It was nice meeting other eToro members and the account manager in person. We all enjoyed the great atmosphere that made me feel part of a genuine community, not just an online platform. Appreciate eToro team for organising great moments. It shows they really engage with their clients. I strongly recommend eToro platform!
I've been using etoro since the start of this year and have preferred it over some of the other platforms I've used. If I ever have any issues I contact my account manager, Valentina, who is always very quick to respond and is extremely helpful and friendly. It's one of the reasons I like using etoro as I have a point of contact. I was also recently invited to a attend a match at Selhurst Park in the executive box where I got to meet Valentina and fellow investors. It was fun day and a good chance to network.

24/7 Trading, no new position can be opened on some assets. but your SL can be liquidated while their market is closed... Ive opened a ticket, excuse after excuse. If you pay in money: Convert to USD in insane bad rate. Same for payout. So this is doubled. The Price on this Broker might sometimes different to real market price actions. - Spreads up to 5% (Imagine using a leverage and your cost of open a position on smaller stocks up to 20% of position) - spread of convert EUR to USD or even back is beyound insane. (Your Portfolio eur to usd not the currency pair for trade) This Platform is designed to make Medium or average People loosing money. On this Platform: NEVER TRADE ANY LEVERAGE!!! Stay in Euro if you can, dont trade in USD. as the exchange is more then 2.5cent different, imagine this with a huge amount of money I have seen many times of suddenly price spikes to both sites with people loosing a big amount of money. Many complain, bad reputation will be deleted. I have taken a lawyer and reported for the BAFIN.

I have used the platform for a number of years and its easy to use and secure.

I have been using eToro for a little over a month, and while my first impression of the platform was positive, my experience quickly turned into a series of frustrations and disappointments. My initial deposit went smoothly, which gave me confidence in the platform. However, when I attempted to make a second deposit, I was suddenly blocked and told I needed to verify my account — even though I was already fully verified. From that moment on, everything went downhill. I contacted support, and instead of receiving clear guidance, I was bounced around from one support agent to another, without anyone being able to solve the issue. Their answers were inconsistent and unhelpful. At a later stage, I attempted to deposit funds via bank transfer. The money never arrived in my eToro account and was eventually returned to me — but with a significant amount missing. When I contacted my bank, they confirmed the issue was not on their side and advised me to speak with eToro. eToro, on the other hand, insisted it was the bank’s fault. I was once again caught in the middle, going back and forth like a ping-pong ball, without a solution and without accountability from either side. I also repeatedly experienced errors trying to deposit funds via credit card. I kept receiving verification-related error messages, even though the verification process had already been completed. Support confirmed one moment that everything was fine, only to later claim the opposite. After each message, they either referred me to a different agent or gave me generic answers that did not address the problem. In the end, I was never given a clear explanation, a proper solution, or a sense of ownership from eToro’s support team. The platform advertises multiple deposit methods, but in my experience, none of them worked reliably. Instead of feeling supported as a customer, I was left with confusion, wasted time, and a complete lack of confidence in their system. At this point, I do not feel comfortable continuing to invest through eToro. A trading platform, especially one dealing with people’s money, should offer clarity, reliability, and accountable customer support. Unfortunately, I experienced the opposite.
This is only a "company" that take your money for no services, I created a profile, but the legal ID is not good, the apartment contract is not good, my driving license is not good. I added fonds and after all the verifications I was told I don't have funds and I need to add. When I tried to get back my money they ask for commission and also they give you much less in your own currency then what you added. I would not use them ever again. I am using a couple of other platforms in other countries and never had an issue with them but these are the lowest of the low
Worst platform ever, been trying to transfer my stocks and shares isa out for over a month, they refused to do it and Trading 212 had to cancel as there is a statutory 30 days within the transfer needs to be completed. Now they are not responding to my emails, support is non existent.
Gains made so far have been very good, obviously with one eye on a very frothy market. My account manager Varun is a great guy.
Verun was a great host - Very welcoming- we had a general chat about market conditions, about crypto and commodities. We had a tasty lunch and a couple of beers followed by watching the rugby
