They make it impossible to email customer service when you can't access your account and they don't even read their customer support messages. Stay away from this company

Extortion cartel, hidden fees at every move in their platform, even switching between etoro wallet will insure $10 in fees on top of the spread, use decentralised exchanges, this guys are thieves...stay away, the will keep 20% of your equity before you've even bought a coin.BEYOND DISGUSTING, they should be called FEESTORO

i dont like one thing $200 for start this is a bit big sum for me. but $1 for one trade is good starting low. I just wanted to copy trade while I am learn market to trade xau.usd its hard for me at this moment. still think about it but maybe i will go for it because its investing in copytrading not just trade.

cant get funds as account blocked ,this is over a week now ,have raised ticket but no response , even got an email from customer services asking why i was trying to pay someone i hadnt even heard off over £10000 i replied but again no response, ,CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING ,all i want is my money back, bank has already told you transaction isnt fraudulant so there is no excuse

The customer service team don't seem to reply to messages - it is impossible to get hold of anyone, each time their system just automatically closes the chat. I've since submitted a formal complaint, but had no response to that either.

Terrible experience. Unable to access my funds for 6 days. Had to send multiple bank statements. Very, very slow responses from customer services.

Answering took a few hours, but was always very helpful. The kind of answer I'd rather wait for, instead of getting any half baked answer instantly. Glad it's a real, helpful human and no AI slop.

I transferred AED 12,000 to eToro ME on 27 November 2025 via a UAE domestic AANI transfer. Despite my bank confirming that the transfer was successfully completed and credited to the beneficiary bank, eToro repeatedly denied receiving the funds and requested irrelevant information such as SWIFT/MT103 details, which do not exist for AANI transfers. Over several weeks, I raised multiple support tickets and escalations. The responses were generic, the issue was not properly investigated, and tickets were closed without resolving the underlying problem. My account was restricted and positions were liquidated to “correct” eToro’s internal balance, even though the transfer issue was not caused by me. The funds were only returned after my bank initiated a formal recall process. eToro did not proactively trace or resolve the issue. This experience caused significant stress and loss of trust. Client money handling and complaint management were poor and far below expectations for a regulated platform.

I am unable to withdraw my funds from eToro. It has now been 5 days with no support from Customer Service. I completed identity verification twice. Absolutely appalling. AVOID! DON'T RISK IT!

Opened an account on Monday and almost instantly restricted. Finally got an email the next day saying it was because the money I deposited was from a joint account and showed my wifes name. Explained this and provided bank statements and ID. Then had to provide further evidence. Not a problem but account is still restricted with no timescales and my money is locked away. Ticket number 08638082, please can someone help. Not a great first experience, i’m all for aml but make the process quicker and much better communication!

Avoid at all costs. No phone option. Chat is an AI which advises to create a ticket. Ticket is then replied to by AI and automatically closed! You then have to reply again (and queue again) before getting through to a human who in my case ignored the original question and whose response in no way dealt with the point in hand. Complaint raised through correct channels and guess what? Replied to by AI with a generic email and closed! The FCA need to investigate this company ASAP. Their complaints procedure on its own does not satisfy the FCA guidelines which are a legal requirement. Also be wary of free share scheme - they are not all automatically being issued correctly. Overall, T212 far better. In response to the comment below; This link is not available on the contact us page so there's no way a consumer would typically have access to it. Also, where is the response to the illegal complaints procedure? I still don't have the free share that was promised after raising a ticket in 2/3 days on the 12th!

I opened an account, I activated a free trial club account, and closed the account the same day. After a week they charged me of 49,90 € PS: they solved the problem the same day I opened a ticket. I must say I am satisfied of their support

user friendly. k chart can be better will be nice if I can moniter several k chart in the same time. will be better if there is a notification for market opening and closing. will be better if the preferrence can be saved (e.g the stock listing page) having issue with youtube. it will hold/ freeze for both

I have been using eToro since 2018. I find the App is relatively easy to use. Deposit and withdraw are easy, I can deposit using my credit card. EToro has added features over the years to improve the platform. I particularly like the pay interest on idle fund not traded feature. The account manager is very responsive and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work, eToro.
