Extremely negative experience. I have had a trade stuck for over a day with no possibility to intervene, close it, or protect myself from potential losses. The funds are unavailable and the situation is still unresolved. Customer support has provided no concrete solution or clear timeframe, only generic responses asking me to wait “up to two business days.” This is unacceptable for a trading platform handling real money and time-sensitive financial operations. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service.

I have been using eToro for several years as an investor and as a Popular Investor, and my experience has been consistently positive. The platform offers a clear and well-structured environment for investing, with solid tools and a social component that can be valuable when used responsibly. It is almost impossible to get your money out of/back once you’ve deposited funds. It is also very difficult to understand how to use unless you’re a seasoned, and knowledgeable investor. Not recommended.

Nice account manager with good knowledge of the market. The capital guarantee investment is a very good option eToro offer. So far I'm satisfied with the company and the team :)

App is incredibly glitchy. Trades constantly getting stuck and today approaching 4 hours of waiting to get a position on a trade closed and the support team seem completely incapable of rectifying what should be a 5 minute fix. Fees everywhere on the site now and it has definitely been designed to push you into more and more fees. The good part is the instant payouts from your balance, that is impressive. ***Update*** Over 24 hours now and no fix. Looks like they have no tech staff working here. Support is AI trying to get rid of you and when it finally connects you to a "human", that "human" starts talking about using AI in dealing with you and then after making you dance around the circle, that human tells you they need to get you an "expert". The "expert" then tells you they are looking into it and the tumbleweed blows. Complaint lodged also and not acknowledged. So, the question is if this company actually has any staff? Can't wait to get my money out and exit this cowboy show. ***Update*** 26 hours and counting. There is no customer service at this firm. Not one single update about the issue or how they are going to fix it. Zero correspondence to say they have identified the issue also and keeping me fully in the dark.***Update*** 29 hours approaching and no correspondence that addresses the issue or offers resolution. If you need further evidence of what I am saying, go to the Goole Play store and look at the reviews. So sorry I didn't read them.

App is so difficult to trade crypto selling is a nightmare plus no live agents just ai keeps repeating. Company sounds non professional.

I am leaving this review to describe my real experience with eToro’s customer support. I requested a withdrawal on October 13 via Przelewy24, which was also the only available withdrawal option. I finally received my money on November 21 — more than five weeks later. During this time, no clear explanation was provided. The funds were returned only after I personally contacted all involved parties: eToro support, Przelewy24, and my bank. Each side initially redirected me to the others, creating a closed loop with no ownership of the problem. The situation was resolved only after significant escalation on my part and after warning that I would publicly describe this case across multiple media channels. The money was eventually returned, but the process required unnecessary effort, stress, and persistence. For a large and regulated financial platform, this level of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

My recent experience at the football match was outstanding, and as always, the food was excellent. I would love to see more sports added in the future, and it would be great if the O2 box could be brought back. Looking forward to more great experiences! 😊

Etoro has one of the best platforms for trading I've seen so far. It's very intuitive, but also is extremely powerful giving me a lot of control and professional features. I have also been given Alfie as an account manager, who is wonderful, and incredibly knowledgeable with everything I ask him. He reaches out to me regularly and it always helps with understanding of the platform and my knowledge of trading.

I have been using eToro for a couple of years. Exceeding my expectation, they recently invited me to the Rugby match played by Chiefs and Harlequins in Exeter. Our group had VIP entry with complimentary food and drinks, and it was a really great experience for me. It was nice meeting other eToro members and the account manager in person. We all enjoyed the great atmosphere that made me feel part of a genuine community, not just an online platform. Appreciate eToro team for organising great moments. It shows they really engage with their clients. I strongly recommend eToro platform!

I've been using etoro since the start of this year and have preferred it over some of the other platforms I've used. If I ever have any issues I contact my account manager, Valentina, who is always very quick to respond and is extremely helpful and friendly. It's one of the reasons I like using etoro as I have a point of contact. I was also recently invited to a attend a match at Selhurst Park in the executive box where I got to meet Valentina and fellow investors. It was fun day and a good chance to network.
