I really like the copy feature on eToro and introduced quite a few friends because of it. It’s a pity that the feature isn’t available for new Singapore clients. Really hope something can be done about this.

I have been investing with etoro for more than 2 years and I am very happy with it. The social aspect of the app and the possibility to invest via copy trading is a big advantage to get good returns while learning. Customer service has always been supportive during all the times I had to get in touch with them.

No good. Cases hitting stop loss even though it is far and there was an instance that the process gap down to my take profit but instead it hits the stop Loss.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this platform. In the past, my positions have been sold while in profit without my consent, and on several occasions stop-loss orders failed to execute. However, the latest incident is unacceptable. I placed very tight stop-losses on Friday to protect a large position. Despite this, when the market opened on Monday after a pre-market drop of around 3%, my positions were sold at losses exceeding 3%, completely ignoring the stop-loss protection I had already set. This failure cost me a significant amount of money. Risk management tools that do not work when they are needed most make this platform unreliable and unsafe. I withdrew all my money now! Please stay well away! Username is Esin 1971. Also it has been nearly a week no one has wrote back to me about my complaint!

This company is yet to refund the £100 that I paid into their platform in October, 2024. After my last review of Etoro on Trustpilot, they emailed me explaining how I can safely pay more money into their platform. I need the public to be aware that Etoro's so-called office at Canary Wharf, London, does not exist. They have no office in London. Also, if you call them, they don't pick phone calls. After I paid £100 last year, I was no longer allowed access to the online app. I will appreciate it if Etoro refunds my £100, as I am no longer interested in trading with them, they are a fraud, because all they did was collected my money, then prevented me from trading, and now they want me to pay more money. I hope financial regulators, like the FCA and security agencies, like Action Fraud use Trustpilot. They should get this company to refund my £100. Thank you.
