I signed up with the welcome offer of deposit £5000 and get £500 of free shares. I selected my shares on sign up, account was verified and all condition's met, I did not receive the free shares. Impossible to talk to a human, there is 0 customer service only a chatbot which is no help, a little worrying. It’s a large amount of money I have trusted eToro with for this incentive. I hope a human can take ownership here and sort this

Be very careful investing money with this company. I invested an initial £200 to test the water and see how the process worked. I was able to deposit money easily and they were happy to take their cut in fees (I appreciate every company needs to make money). The problem arose when after investing for a couple of days, I closed all positions and went to withdraw my money. My account was frozen. I am in the process of trying to get my account unfroze by sending photo ID, videos of me saying a series of numbers and sending emails confirming it was me who made the withdraw. They seem happy to take your money but giving it back to you is a different story. Thank god I decided to test it out first before putting serious money into the platform.

Recently etoro introduced 24/5 trading which is basically gambling now and not investment ( That is how they make clients lose more money and they generate more cash from fees ) . Although i dont care about that option, but eToro migrated my old assets to 24/5 and forced that change on me and I didn't even vote for this change. they just ruined my investment experience by this change that even though it was legal as they say, it was bad and i am unable to analyse my assets as simple as before or understand where my profits/ losses are coming from. They refused to revoke the change as they said it is impossible. And in the end all what they said is this " You have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service using the details provided in our final response ". The account manage as well is never helpful with that issue or never available recently for any interesting or helpful news or advice. Also i have never been to any sport event for more than a year as i am eligible for that and my account manager tells me that the tickets arent available when i ask for. I dont know if he had some close friends or clients he prefers.. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Reply: For months i have been in touch with your customer service through phone and mail and you already told me to refer my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service before and now. Dont pretend now in public that you still care about ticket number or my experience. You only care about your profits and especially since you became Public. I never short stocks but if i ever do i would definitely short etoro stock. You are not going anywhere with these changes and careless behaviour towards your clients. And please dont tell me i should trade in regular hours as if i am too dumb to realise that. you insult my intelligence. My problem is regarding my trades i made for past years in regular hours that suddenly became 24/5 going up and down all day and driving me crazy. A change that you FORCED on me. Regarding my account manager i also believe that you are just trying to care in public. Nothing you will do for real. Etoro interface is very user friendly and provides has a good knowledge base for learning how to invest , to understand the risks. There also a lot of profitable smart portfolios with capital protection. Overall a great way to grow your assets. The portfolio manager was also easy to connect with and answered a lot of my questions regarding my investment options

Been using eToro for years now, experience has been pretty good. I like how easy it is to trade crypto on it, plenty of coins to choose from too. Depositing and withdraw funds is also simple to do so. Although not a perfect brokerage, it is good enough for a normal investor such as myself. I especially like their customer service. My account Manager, Mu Fang, keeps me updated with financial news and any offers eToro have to offer. She also helps me with my queries and problems, if any, promptly.

I accidentally signed up with this company and they are boarding me with messages. Their unsubscribe button does not work so I’ve had to contact them directly. I was assured that the emails would stop but yet again I have received unsolicited emails from them. I CANNOT get them to comply with the law and leave me alone!

I was very suprised to receive a Whatsapp message from eToro and to be designaded a personal account manager. Whatsapp seems a bit more personal. I was even more surprised after I sent my first question via the whatsapp channel. On that day I didn't get a response but the following day my account managet called me directly. We chatted for about ten minutes and I really felt that my clientel was in good hands. Account managet who is there for me. A big plus!

After starting a "revolution" here recently because I needed a PDF of my account but getting NO account manager reply, NO chat reply, NO OPEN A TICKET FUNCTIONALITY, I complained twice here to get a mere communication with etoro!!! Yap. This is how this " great " company works it is beyond ridiculous ,and unprofessional !! After several failures,and further complaints here someone finally explained to me his to get the PDF on the system. But ,but but. 1. Shouldn't my account manager reply and facilitate this ?well it never happened 2. After I complained twice here I got a message from a new account manager who was unable to even understand at the basic level what I was asking !! moreover he told me if you need any information contact our contact services!!(Which were not working and that was the issue and the reason of my initial complaint explicitly stated!!) this is a surreal failure!your account manager instead of answering your question sends you to the general inquiry service !! this is etoro service level people 3 from the fact that the other person replied to my message I assumed ,what else could I do but assume , that now I had a new account manager -this is months after the last communication with my previous manager - well a professional company shouldn't notify you that you have in your account manager??? I assume that the previous account manager left the company what else can I do !!but that !! when you have zeroZERO information ??of course, since the new account manager has a new email account it's impossible for me to know what happened unless THEY notify me! unless the new account manager sends me a message saying now I am your account manager !!total chaos total unprofessionalism 4. Well after my complaint here this lady who replies here on trust pilot Maria said to me that the appropriate actions were taken. this is why I suppose again that the new account manager was notified to reply to m. e this is how I got his message Bat twice he failed to understand and to even address my very simple question about getting a PDF t,-he third time I reinstated my question to him, he sent me a message saying "our WhatsApp services have been fully restored' this is absolutely ridiculous you ask your account manager for a PDF and the first time he says if you have any questions contact our general services the second time call WhatsApp!!! this is unbelievable in its lack of professionalism!! I re- addressed my issue but no reply. !!! 5 I THEREFORE DEMAND A CHANGE OF MANAGER THIS IS A TOTAL FAILURE I CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH A PERSON WHO AS my personal ACCOUNT MANAGER SENDS ME TO OPEN A TICKET OR CALL WHATSAPP HIS JOB IS TO REPLY TO ME !! 6. I ADD HERE THAT THE WHATSAPP SERVICE DOES NOT WORK WELL AT ALL . It said your account manager is unavailable then it had a calendly link which is was not working I CANNOT ATTACH THE MESSAGE WHICH SAYS IT IS NOT WORKING HERE.NO LINK. So I thought A failure again on the part of ETORO and I'm going to have to spend so much time complaining just to get an answer So I need a new account manager with some basic level of understanding and PROFESSIONALISM.... This is how we End up talking to etoro....i COMING n trust pilot to get some basic service. LAMENTABLE

The interest rate for cash ISA is ok. The free gifts they sent through the post are ok. The general service and website is not good. I’m still waiting for my sign up incentive and for an ISA to be transferred. If I don’t recieve my sign up incentive I’ll probably go back to a UK based saving app as Etorro is laggy and the chat never answer your questions.

I encountered an issue with receiving two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS while traveling abroad using roaming. Initially, I was concerned that this would disrupt my regular investment schedule and hinder my progress. Fortunately, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and caring nature of the support team. Although the issue was not on their end, it was evident that my operator had an issue with their partner. As a result, I had no SMS or the ability to receive incoming phone calls. However, the eToro support team promptly reached out to me through email, WhatsApp, and my other fully operational phone number. They guided me through the identity verification process over the phone. Once the verification was complete, the support specialist took the necessary actions and restored access to my account, allowing me to update my 2FA. Having been a loyal user of the platform for several years, I have always been satisfied with the product and the exceptional support provided.
