I am a new trader from Hong Kong, capital com is the first broker I be in touch with. I used this broker around a month and I sucessfully made a few profit on my trades. I used my mastercard to make deposits and I can easily take the same amount back within a working day. On this day, I tried to take part of my profit but I am confused to provide what kind of documents. The process is complicated and I have no idea what should be my correct bank account, I can't distinguish the differences between my card account and bank account. Customer support's staffs helped me a lot, so that I can finally sumbit correct documents by the help of Nyo and Vladimir. The staff even hepled me to complete the vertification with just few hours. The function of withdrawal cash is now at good condition.
