Hello, I have been using Capital.com for CFD trading for about three years. I am very satisfied with the support. The response time has improved even further in the meantime. Payouts (via PayPal) are processed within a few minutes. I am also completely satisfied with the costs and the selection of products. I mainly use the app for trading, and only for private purposes (no third-party funds). The app has recently been expanded to include some analysis tools. For tax purposes, I receive corresponding annual overviews from customer support. However, these still need to be prepared individually for tax returns, which is not a big effort. Of course, CFD products involve risks due to leverage (margin calls), which must be very clear to everyone before they start trading with real money. Capital.com offers quite extensive training videos and information for beginners. I highly recommend taking a close look at these. Overall, I give it full marks, as it completely meets my needs. I was supposed to receive a $100 bonus this month, but only $5 was deposited, and this is the second time in recent months that my bonus has not been paid. I contacted support, and they told me it was deposited into my account, which is not true. Isn't this behavior typical of thieves and gangs? Isn't this embarrassing? Is there a reason for this? Despite the poor service, delayed execution, and halted orders, you lie to us. Isn't this fraud, lying, and exploitation? We no longer trust you. I bought silver at a price of 71, and it was executed later at a price of 73. The bonus is my right, and I demand it. $100, or I will write this comment on all your pages daily so that people can see who you really are.
Referral? No I want promote to anybody because it’s a lie, I did a referral for a friend and he did the deposit of 200 and the trades as the conditions said but after one month they said that my friend didn’t respect the terms and conditions, bllsht as always, when they have to pay you something they always invent some excuse. I will live you asap. There are many serious brokers
