My experience with Capital.com has been very frustrating and disappointing. During a connection / reconnection phase in the app, a position was opened and immediately closed by a margin close-out. I had no conscious intention to trade at that moment. The broker confirmed that the app worked “technically correct”, but also clearly stated that they cannot know the customer’s intention. Despite this, the trade was fully attributed to me as a “manual action”. This creates a fundamental problem: If the broker admits they cannot know the client’s intention, but still fully relies on system logs, the customer has no realistic chance to defend their case. Without 24/7 screen recording, your explanation is effectively worthless. What makes this worse is that this is not the first time. In a previous case involving alleged “network issues”, I even provided a speed test showing a stable connection, yet the responsibility was again placed entirely on me. The pattern is clear: – The system is always right – The customer context is irrelevant – Responsibility is always pushed back to the user While this may be legally convenient, it feels unbalanced, frustrating, and unprofessional from a customer perspective. Trading already involves enough risk – you should not also have to worry about being completely powerless if something goes wrong in the app. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform.
My experience was very very satisfactory. From the registration itself which was not too complicated. I registered with a test email which I later requested to be changed to my primary email which I use for trading, and Viktoria happily changed it in a very short time without too much complication. Everything changed successfully and now I'm back in the game. Thanks Viki! Five stars from Marko. ;)
I had opened an account with another broker. Then looked immediately for another one and ultimately stumbled across Capital.com. Perfect Business Model and really easy process for depositing / withdrawing funds. Felt immediately at ease, everything is sleek and user friendly. I will definitely stick around and use it for my trading activities.

I am thankful to team member like Krastan of Capital.com who has given crystal clear information for my account and i belive they are doing with every of thier client, one thing i want to add with capital co and there team that there systems are very clean, they deliver what they commit, but i would request to add even indian index nifty also on the platform , they discontinued in 2023 and so far it is not activated again
