He’s an excellent communicator who always takes the time to explain things clearly and make sure I’m fully informed. What I appreciate most is how supportive and approachable he is — nothing ever feels like too much trouble. Whenever I have a suggestion or an idea that could improve my experience, I feel completely comfortable raising it with him. He listens, takes it seriously, and follows through by passing it on to the relevant department so it can be properly reviewed. That level of responsiveness gives me real confidence that my feedback actually matters. Overall, he’s been incredibly helpful, reliable, and easy to work with. It makes a huge difference having someone who genuinely cares about the client experience and is proactive in making sure everything runs smoothly.

I am a client of Capital.com since many months, and the evaluation is very positive for every aspect. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I have requested a withdrawal several days ago and the money has still not arrived. There is absolutely no clear explanation, no transparency, and worst of all, customer support is not responding at all. When it comes to deposits, everything is instant. But when you ask for your own money back, suddenly there are delays and silence. This raises serious concerns about reliability and trust. I would not recommend Capital.com to anyone who values their money and expects professional support.
