Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I have requested a withdrawal several days ago and the money has still not arrived. There is absolutely no clear explanation, no transparency, and worst of all, customer support is not responding at all. When it comes to deposits, everything is instant. But when you ask for your own money back, suddenly there are delays and silence. This raises serious concerns about reliability and trust. I would not recommend Capital.com to anyone who values their money and expects professional support.
