The removed API, they removed fee-less currency exchange. The UI is clumsy and customizable only to some small degree. The mobile app is a junk, shows tons of info I do not need and makes it difficult to get to what I really want.

Hands down the most dishonest and unprofessional platform I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs. After verifying my account, they immediately pushed me to deposit money. I deposited a small amount just to test them — and the moment I did, they magically switched my account back to “Unverified.” Their support is a disaster: extremely slow, barely available, and completely useless. I closed my account without even using it and requested a refund. It’s been days, and they still haven’t returned my money. Every time I ask, they repeat the same empty line: “We are working on it.” Their aggressive advertising makes them look legit, but don’t be fooled. This platform is sloppy, misleading, and you’re genuinely risking your money. Customer support is a joke, and the whole operation feels shady.

Easy to put money in but found it hard to withdraw. It was finally done but it put me off using the app. I hope others have a better experience

It would be useful to be able to open and close positions before the market starts
Scammers! Let you deposit using bank details but when trying to withdraw they need every document under the sun. They also proceed to reject the ID and use the ‘unclear’photo excuse to get away with it. DO NOT DEPOSIT
Terrible experience at all! I tried to login into my account and suddenly (as I forgot my password and tried to reset it), I was locked out for nearly a week without having any access to my own money. When I was contacting the customer support I was getting all the time the same response, that I need to wait without explaining me the reason of their technical issue. As I contacted the Financial Ombudsman service, they said to me that i could go further if the issue was there after 8 weeks. Overall very bad experience, stay away!!!
