I can't withdraw my money it's been already 2 months, I've contacted them I don't receive the SMS, and keep calling them to remind them about the problem, it's been fixed for 24h and now it's not working again, literally 2 months and it's not fixed. THEY ARE TAXING ME 3% INSTEAD OF 1% , again 7 weeks and they are just telling me "they are looking at it"

I topped up my account using my Visa card, and when i tried to withdraw to the same Visa card that i used to fund the accountn but they wouldn't allow it, they say that "virtualpay" doesn't allow withdrawals, so my money is stuck there because they wouldn't allow me to withdraw to the same card i used to top-up.

I ask to withdraw money since 14/10/2025 and till date i don't know where is my money . I contact my bank they said no amount has been received from the xtb company . I tried many time to withdraw with different bank but none was successful till date . I'm waiting to receive my money or back to my xtb account ! Or its a scam company ?

Tried to open an account with them as their ISA offer looked good. I already have accounts with 2 other providers, which i am happy with...but just wanted to diversify a little bit. Completed the account opening form, then was struggling with the verification process, so contacted them. They basically told me it's because my account application has been rejected. After querying why, they said "business reasons". I asked them to clarify, and they reiterated "business reasons. I opened a formal complaint to them, saying i can't fix whatever issues they have with my application without actually know what the problem is. Their complaints department said "business reasons", and they can't tell me anymore. As they are still offering account openings (and advertising on youtube), they are clearly still offering applications, so clearly they have some unknown issue with me. I am escalating this to the financial ombudsman, as i feel in the current era of debanking, it could be anything....including my race, gender or nationality. I would accept a valid reason...but they are unwilling to give it

Looks like a scam site for stealing idendity I submitted all these 1)Passport- accepted after 5 attempts Adress proof.. they need 2 documents which is unusual 2)Utlity bill 1 - rejected for being joint named and not single 3)Utility Bill 2-rejected for unknown reason saying digitally altered 4)Utility bill 3 (Monzo bank statement) accepted 5)Utility bill 4 rejected saying we want it from another provider without any justification The local rep who called to push sell on day0 is not available for any explanation or help == DO not go to them... == Today they are asking for my proof of funds == Very intrusive and out of place and highly suspicious === Dear Client, Thank you for applying for a real account at XTB Limited. Applied the ISA transfer out since 21/10, the new ISA provided has contacted XTB a few times but didn't get any response. I have been contacted with the customer services of XTB, which say have been forward to the related team. But till now, still didn't get any updates. Nothing can be do, can't do any investment or gaining any daily interest. Hundred pounds was lost and capital was locked without reason. You can't use your money if you have any emergency need.

As a taxpaying citizen in this country paying taxes for almost 20 years, I did not need this. Be aware of XTB!! I'm sure XTB as a company may be great some employees are not. I signed up and Miles Chilton gave me a call 1. I went through the application process and uploaded my documents 2. Miles gave me a call and said he is my accounts manager 3. Was told he done his job and I must send a single line stating my nationality (even though I already submitted my certified passport picture via the app) 4. Called a couple days after was asked for a copy of ny passport picture again 5. Called Miles again and he told me the picture was not clear even though it was a perfect visable picture Miles wasted my valiant time, phonecalls, emails and genuine efforts despite my polite manner and approach.

⚠️ Warning — Stay Away from This Company They kept selling my shares without my consent. CFDs are completely useless, and this company is a joke. It started off with high-pressure sales tactics — they called me daily until I finally invested. I gave them another chance, thinking the first time was my mistake, but they sold my investment at a loss the very next day! This happened twice — both times, they sold at a loss. It feels like the system is stacked against you. After reading other reviews describing the same experience, I can confirm they’re true. Stay away from this company.

Do not trade CFD there, it is rigged for you to lose the leverage everytime. I tested 20 scenarios and lost 20 times, yet my friend did the same moves opposite to me in the same time and lost as well.

I signed up for XTB after seeing they offered a free Uber share on registration. That's where the positives end. The account setup required "manual verification" and took around three working days. For context, I've opened two bank accounts recently and neither needed failed to go the automated system. They then requested additional information, which I provided immediately. Another three working days passed before my account was finally ready. My account manager rang to introduce himself and offer support, which seemed promising. When I contacted both him and support to express my frustration with the delays and ask if anything could be done about it, I got complete radio silence. I contacted general support, waited a week, then contacted both general support and my account manager. It's now been another two weeks with absolutely no response from anyone. I'm planning to close my account, but even withdrawing money is needlessly complicated. You have to submit a form that requires manual review, including your sort code and account number (fair enough) plus a full bank statement. Why they need a bank statement to return money to an account I've already verified is beyond me - NO other platform in the UK requires this, which makes it seem kind of fishy. The whole setup feels half-baked. The lack of any customer support, combined with these odd requirements, makes the platform feel untrustworthy. I'd recommend sticking with an established broker rather than be an unpaid beta tester for XTB's clearly still unfinished service.

This is by far the worst trading platform I've ever used. Signed up thinking what a great idea to start investing with them with a free Uber share being ongoing. I signed up, completed their dragging registering process, deposited as required, and who would have guessed? No free share for you pal. I reached out to the customer service, who told me it's only for limited number of customers. I asked for a goodwill gesture, since there is an ongoing Rolls Royce share otherwise, and I was told I am not a new customer and they would not award such. Their withdrawal process, to withdraw MY OWN MONEY is as hard as they can make it so people leave abandon their own money in the system rather. Bank statements, extra ID cards just to make it more dragging for people to access, again, THEIR OWN MONEY. I hope this site goes out of business to their fair competitors.

One of the best brokers, I tried a lot avatrade, etoro, etc and no one are similar to this one, because it’s build by their users. They will have some features coming this year that if they are real it will be the best broker in the world.

If i could give this company 0 stars, I would. No free shares - T&Cs not clear on their advertisements on the London underground. Takes ages to get verified - waste of time.

market watch feature isn't working, help not available. at anytime the market goes hot, responsiveness of this platform fall apart...very unprofessional, suspicious attitude by this firm, I don't know wat to think anymore.

Was tempted to try a new trading platform after seeing a sign up offer of receiving a free £70 stock for making a deposit of any amount (I deposited £1). The sign up process took so long for everything to be approved that by the time I was done, the company claimed the promotion had ended. I imagine this was just a scam to harvest data and get people to deposit. I decided to sacrifice my £1 deposit because they ask you for so many details to withdraw money. More details than any other platforms do. I have withdrawn large amounts previously from etoro, coinbase and trading 212 and havent had to provide that much information. I then contacted their chat service to ask for my account to be closed (oh and by the way, their chat service will respond to you within a few minutes every time but they're absolutely useless and they cant actually help you with anything). They told me I had to send an email which I did and it was ignored. I have chased up multiple times and still have had no response. I went back onto live chat today to tell them this needs sorting and they told me I can submit a formal complaint and sent me the contact details of how to do that. Called the phone number they provided and surprise surprise it doesnt even work. I cannot believe how this company operate...especially with so much competition. Hopefully they won't last long and people will choose better alternatives.

I want to give 1 star to XTB France for their lack of effort to fix a bug in their system which didn't let me verify my identity and thus be able to open an account with them. And what's worse is them asking me my nationality(which is not french) just to tell me, actually, they'll not able to help me. They are not able to fix the problem in their system to let me open an account, that is. I wonder if I had a french nationality, would they then be able to solve the problem. I'm sure they would. Shame on you.

XTB- Opinion Unfortunately, this online broker deserves a better fate. A huge disappointment. One of the worst and most disadvantageous brokers I have ever used. I have been using XTB for several years, along with other brokers. I have lost a lot of money because of the way XTB works, they are practically professionals in how to financially rip off traders as much as possible. Obviously, I am responsible for part of the loss myself and the completely unrealistic capital market mechanisms that have been operating in the past few years. It could be a good broker, but it is not. Just a few important comments about the mistakes, which are facts: - crappy international customer service; - after several years of use and experience, I have reported the mistakes many times, made comments and suggestions, to no avail; - the platform in Europe is unstable, for a long time there were frequent freezes and glitches, which still occur today (especially when there is some significant data supply and it loads the servers; - undersized servers; - regular exits, restarts even on the most powerful computers and 5G broadband internet; - high minimum investment amounts in each instrument (this year they finally improved it somewhat, but not by much). In the case of other brokers, the minimum amounts for which we can buy a part of an instrument are lower; - faulty, bad, disadvantageous hedge management (in the case of a negative balance or even a positive, but not sufficiently high balance, it often does not allow the counterparty to buy, which often results in extraordinary losses; - this is one of the most important negative operational solutions, that they give 1 year expiration time to instruments that are not actually real futures, but spot (spotted) instruments. It is not the trader who decides when to close an instrument. This expiration is most often can occur at a very unfavorable time. Traditional futures products should be clearly marked! We see the expiration there and expect it. - Unmodern web application and platform, few analysis tools, cumbersome operation; - Difficult portfolio management, closing, it is easy to miss the quick closing of the position; - Not modern and intuitive chart indicator enough; - Many tools and instruments are not available; - Closed news, which are tied to registrations, are often not available in the given language afterwards (this is promised during registration); - Narrower trading hours for many indices and stocks, so there is no pre- and postmarket access. These are just the most important. Obviously there are advantages and things that work well, but pretty much every competing broker knows them. I'm sorry, because it could really be a very good platform and broker if it weren't only driven by profit. I don't recommend it to beginners.
