They have a very good support. At my other Broker I wait days until day anwser. Most time the answers are not useful. This is different at xtb. Also the GUI is very nice. In have candles and can change the view. Additionaly the position management is efficient. Not much clicks for changing stop loss. Not much of my time... Last but not lest I can trade in the chart directly.

Didn't test taxing yet, everything is straight forward, not easy to find ETF, futures suggested over them. Overall, as a Portuguese user, best platform for ETF investment

Withdrawal of my free funds took several days because instead of sending the money directly to my registered bank account, XTB kept sending it to my card linked to that account. After I submitted a complaint, they blocked my ability to deposit via card and left only manual bank transfers. They refused to give any clear explanation, hiding behind “regulations”(xtb internal department decision).That was enough for me — I stopped using their services because I don’t feel my money is safe with them.

For some reason the app is asking me for a review during the account creation. I didn't even start using the app. But until now it's great, it has buttons, andI see a lot of red, which I hope it's not the universe telling me I'll lose money with my investments once I finally start using the app. The text has no typos so far and I've seen a huge icon of a hourglass.
