The removed API, they removed fee-less currency exchange. The UI is clumsy and customizable only to some small degree. The mobile app is a junk, shows tons of info I do not need and makes it difficult to get to what I really want.

Hands down the most dishonest and unprofessional platform I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs. After verifying my account, they immediately pushed me to deposit money. I deposited a small amount just to test them — and the moment I did, they magically switched my account back to “Unverified.” Their support is a disaster: extremely slow, barely available, and completely useless. I closed my account without even using it and requested a refund. It’s been days, and they still haven’t returned my money. Every time I ask, they repeat the same empty line: “We are working on it.” Their aggressive advertising makes them look legit, but don’t be fooled. This platform is sloppy, misleading, and you’re genuinely risking your money. Customer support is a joke, and the whole operation feels shady.

Easy to put money in but found it hard to withdraw. It was finally done but it put me off using the app. I hope others have a better experience

Scammers! Let you deposit using bank details but when trying to withdraw they need every document under the sun. They also proceed to reject the ID and use the ‘unclear’photo excuse to get away with it. DO NOT DEPOSIT
Terrible experience at all! I tried to login into my account and suddenly (as I forgot my password and tried to reset it), I was locked out for nearly a week without having any access to my own money. When I was contacting the customer support I was getting all the time the same response, that I need to wait without explaining me the reason of their technical issue. As I contacted the Financial Ombudsman service, they said to me that i could go further if the issue was there after 8 weeks. Overall very bad experience, stay away!!!

I can't withdraw my money it's been already 2 months, I've contacted them I don't receive the SMS, and keep calling them to remind them about the problem, it's been fixed for 24h and now it's not working again, literally 2 months and it's not fixed. THEY ARE TAXING ME 3% INSTEAD OF 1% , again 7 weeks and they are just telling me "they are looking at it"
I topped up my account using my Visa card, and when i tried to withdraw to the same Visa card that i used to fund the accountn but they wouldn't allow it, they say that "virtualpay" doesn't allow withdrawals, so my money is stuck there because they wouldn't allow me to withdraw to the same card i used to top-up.

I ask to withdraw money since 14/10/2025 and till date i don't know where is my money . I contact my bank they said no amount has been received from the xtb company . I tried many time to withdraw with different bank but none was successful till date . I'm waiting to receive my money or back to my xtb account ! Or its a scam company ?
Tried to open an account with them as their ISA offer looked good. I already have accounts with 2 other providers, which i am happy with...but just wanted to diversify a little bit. Completed the account opening form, then was struggling with the verification process, so contacted them. They basically told me it's because my account application has been rejected. After querying why, they said "business reasons". I asked them to clarify, and they reiterated "business reasons. I opened a formal complaint to them, saying i can't fix whatever issues they have with my application without actually know what the problem is. Their complaints department said "business reasons", and they can't tell me anymore. As they are still offering account openings (and advertising on youtube), they are clearly still offering applications, so clearly they have some unknown issue with me. I am escalating this to the financial ombudsman, as i feel in the current era of debanking, it could be anything....including my race, gender or nationality. I would accept a valid reason...but they are unwilling to give it

Applied the ISA transfer out since 21/10, the new ISA provided has contacted XTB a few times but didn't get any response. I have been contacted with the customer services of XTB, which say have been forward to the related team. But till now, still didn't get any updates. Nothing can be do, can't do any investment or gaining any daily interest. Hundred pounds was lost and capital was locked without reason. You can't use your money if you have any emergency need.

I don't recommand !!! I put a stop loss and the platform didn't take it, they say tehnical errors !!!
Mauvaise experience

As a taxpaying citizen in this country paying taxes for almost 20 years, I did not need this. Be aware of XTB!! I'm sure XTB as a company may be great some employees are not. I signed up and Miles Chilton gave me a call 1. I went through the application process and uploaded my documents 2. Miles gave me a call and said he is my accounts manager 3. Was told he done his job and I must send a single line stating my nationality (even though I already submitted my certified passport picture via the app) 4. Called a couple days after was asked for a copy of ny passport picture again 5. Called Miles again and he told me the picture was not clear even though it was a perfect visable picture Miles wasted my valiant time, phonecalls, emails and genuine efforts despite my polite manner and approach.
