Not too pleased. With my account being reverted. It did put a stop to my winning streak ended up losing the account.

Topstep is a great company. They give you all the training you could ask for that's included in your subscription. They don't look for ways to not grant your payouts & they try to help you along the way to your success. The reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is I would like to see the drawdown on combines & express funded accounts to be static from the get go. Currently, it is a trailing drawdown until you reach 3% profits from your initial balance & then it becomes static. Once you become funded, they require a minimum of 5 trading days of $150 of profit before you become eligible for a payout. While this is totally doable, I would like it to be lowered to only 3 days. The other reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is in the Express Funded Accounts (which is simulated) & in their Live Funded Accounts you only get 50% of your profits. I'd like to see this be no lower than 75%. In the Express Funded Accounts there is a cap of $5,000 per payout request regardless of how much you earned. There is no cap on the Live Funded Accounts, but you still only get 50% of the profits earned. Again, I'd like to see this number be no less than 75% & I'd like the minimum number of profitable days be lowered to 3 days max. If you can live with these requirements TopStep is for you.

Topstep support is top notch! I don't need them much, but when I do it's always a good experience due to quality research into my concerns with detailed responses in a timely manner.

Overall, my experience with Topstep has been good — the platform works smoothly, support is responsive, and the process is generally transparent. However, payouts via Wise can take far too long. My most recent one has been pending for more than 10 days, which is frustrating and really needs improvement. Timely payments are essential for traders, and I hope Topstep addresses this delay soon.

No one can talk bad about this firm. To me it seems like kind people are running this business. Much love to them. Can add more people for support but overall it's my #1 prop firm
I’ve written positive reviews about Topstep before so this one is not one I want to write but need to write. Topstep could be THE premier prop firm by leaps and bounds but one area that are extremely unreliable on is customer support. I am now approaching day #3 and I have yet to hear back from a representative about my outstanding issues. Calling the number is pointless… I never get through. But to have to wait 2+ days for a representative to reply to me is unacceptable. Don’t put a default message in your chat box saying “Typical response time under 1 hour” and have me wait days. That’s unacceptable. And then to when the representative finally reply, don’t have them wait hours to follow up with me again after I respond to them. As I said, Topstep could be the gold standard, premier prop firm, but their customer support response time is very disappointing… especially when their competitors rely not just on after-hours, but on the weekends too.

They’re was a error at the charts after the power outage and lost my accounts due to it I tried reaching out to the topstep team but still haven’t received a response even though I was told by the automated ai message that they’ll get back to me after 2 hours I waited a whole day and still did not receive a response I thought to myself that’s fine I will keep on waiting because I do trust this firm and have been using it for a year and a half now but checked with my other trading team that had the same problem said that they got back to them and assisted to them, told my self that’s fine I will keep on waiting now I’m on day 2 and still did not receive any assistance as I’m writing this message I feel that my message is being seen but ignored which is very unprofessional I do hope they fix this issue
