Lenka helped me today on chat very helpful - the last few days the chat team haven't been helpful finally found someone who helped me with issue
I experience the same story as mr dries van den Brande with the shared account. Till now i haven’t received any usefull response. I takes allready 1 month. I’m losing my patience and confidence for this “great” product/service.
Do not trust this broker !! at all !!!! Thanks to “ 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺 . 𝗢𝗿 𝗴” I was able to retrieve £249k without any problems and delay. Highly recommended

Trail step need two minutes or less to explain. Obviously, she didn't enjoy question and sent mail. If you don't want to resolve issue, call the meeting or send mail. However, it is much better than with IBKR, where waiting time is 0. to 1.0 hour.

Absolutely Shocking service! I Sold some covered calls (meaning I already hold the shares, can not get margin called) for the exact reason that Saxobank advertise on their website which is 'To generate a passive income on stocks you own' However, and totally at odds with what they clearly state on their website, they are now withholding my premiums as margin so I can not withdraw the premiums or use it to hedge my positions or to make other trades. All other 'legitimate' brokers will let you withdraw Covered call premiums because they are exactly that, COVERED. I will be transferring my account to another broker. I will also be contacting the Financial Ombudsman service (FS0)
I connected with John who was extremely helpful and diligent in addressing my needs. My request was to add a couple of indicators to Saxo's charting. I noticed that some other platforms offered quarterly and yearly pivot (traditional standard). I require these for my technical analysis and informed John. I was very pleased to learn of the high standard of service that Saxo was able to accommodate this and would take only a couple of weeks to be implemented. John has been updating me and provided exceptional service throughout. I am a happy customer :)

The platform is easy to use and presents good value for the performance offered. I also use other Platforms and can say that although a little cheaper than Saxo, they do not offer the same level of detail.
Excellent Platform - quick and easy to learn how to get around, add stocks that are of interest, place orders etc. There is a lot of info provided in each share, plus daily newsfeed within each stock. Reports are excellent, and cost are very competitive.
Vivek was incredibly help and appreciated his help to quickly bring my issues to resolution. Phone calls didn't take ages to connect to help desk as well which is always a plus.
