After two years of trading, I exceeded my tolerance level, OANDA suspended my trading, I sent all my bank and tax statements to raise my tolerance level, I haven't been able to trade for six days now, and I don't know how long this will continue. Terrible experience with OANDA client service. I can’t access my verified account, and support keeps claiming my email “isn’t linked to any account” — even though they send weekly emails to this exact address. I contacted their official OTMS support and got zero response. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a financial company. I would not trust them with my money again.

I like the fact that Oanda allows trading on key indices (UK100, SP500) before and after exchange trading hours. They refunded the annual price I paid on TradingView platform for the essential package (£186.46). It is a nice goodwill gesture. A big thank you to Samuel Springett for guiding me from the day I opened the account and also ensuring that the above-mentioned refund is added to my account.

Honestly have to say Oanda is garbage. After almost 15 years I have to say I am truly disappointed. The withdrawal process had always sucked but my last experience was just the straw that broke the camel’s back. I had $10k in settled funds and deposited $5k but had a medical emergency and I requested $5k and had it placed on hold so it’ll be almost 2 weeks before I get my funds. 2 weeks! So “instant” deposit but 2 weeks to get my money? Yeah not sure which world that works in but it sure doesn’t work for me. Smells very fishy and how can you deny me my money??? And I don’t care what your stupid rules are! It’s MY MONEY! I get that the $5k ACH wasn’t settled but I had $10k in settled funds. So I’m sitting here incurring late fees and unable to pay my bills all because I made the mistake of making a deposit to my account. Ye you’re not getting my hard earned money anymore! Not worth the inconvenience when there’s plenty other brokers to choose from.

Oanda is an Indian company since it is run by Indians and under Indian law. They check and verify US citizens strictly under Indian law. They treat americans with zero respect. Oanda invests a lot into advertising campaigns to make sure they appear as a positive reputable company. The positive reviews that you see are mostly written by themselves. I have seen nothing but a very poor customer service at Oanda.

In my experience with OANDA, everything went smoothly with receiving the credentials, delivering the funded account, and requesting a withdrawal from the OANDA brokerage. That's when the problems started, as I had a lot of difficulty enabling my bank account. This week I managed to receive my US$3,000 profit. Knowing the propfirm market, I know it's increasingly difficult to find reputable companies, so companies that honor their payments are my priority. In that sense, I never felt insecure about receiving payment, because although the chat support, in my view, could have been more effective, I was fortunate to have the invaluable help of Mr. Alberto Sanchez Bernabe (Business Partner Manager, Emerging Markets). Without his dedication in assisting me throughout the process, I feel I wouldn't have succeeded and would have given up on trading with OANDA again. I hope OANDA maintains and values ​​the work of the Business Partner Manager, Emerging Markets, which I believe is a key differentiator for the company.

Tardan 5 dias en abrir la cuenta real si ganas el challenge y muy dudoso su manejo. SI ASI SE MANEJAN IMAGINESE A LA HORA DE COBRAR. Still 3 week and no response from OANDA> they dont want you to win, just keep you waiting till you lose,. they give you excuse but the backend is all the same, they profit from your LOSS if you WIN wait for 2 month or cancel,. and the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST

This company doesn’t allow you to login into meta trader and then they will request a statement to do absolutely nothing, they will play with you, don’t risk your money here, they can make you lost your money

I had such high hopes when I started trading with this broker. It all sounded great, so I gave it a try. At first, everything seemed fine, deposits went through instantly, trades opened smoothly, and I saw some small profits within a few days. But the problems began when I requested my first withdrawal. It stayed pending for days, then weeks. When I asked support, they blamed “network congestion” and “verification delays.” I provided all the documents they requested, yet nothing happened. After my third withdrawal attempt, my account was suddenly “under review” and I couldn’t even log in. I honestly thought I had lost everything. Thankfully, I didn’t stop looking for help. A relative of mine who had been through something similar connected me with a professional team that specialized in recovery. With their help, I finally managed to get back my funds.

Great company. I couldn’t recommend them more. I been using them connected to tradeview for 3 weeks now and the process has been great. I just wish they offered more trading/stocks/crypto connection to Tradeview. I also got a refund on 1 years subscription with tradeview due to an offer they are/were running. Hats off to Brett too, amazing support. 😄

Really caring customer service team. Every customer is unique and every problem has its specifics. The customer service representative was willing to go to details even if it meant several emails and giving further insight to better explain what the issue is (thus more attention was required by service team). They really care and really put effort in if needed.
