They used to be great, then they were good now they are useless. The overall interface is dated and the functionality is like a 2010 website/app. But the worst area they seemed to have shifted 180 degree is customer service. There is no way to contact them other than chat or email with the usual low quality first line agents that tell you they can't help you but will let the higher ups know. No direct contact or even team members looking after your account. Oh and if you want to withdraw money that's where they will decline over and over requesting documents that have been uploaded many times, claiming they are too old even though they are from the same day. It will take weeks to get a simple withdrawal to go through as their boomer system takes 1-3 business days for each step in the way to your withdrawal. In the end you will waste hours in chat and email and a few weeks later maybe have your money. Compared to other brokers where the money is transferred instantly. Instant transfer at Oanda only works if you deposit, they like taking your money, no documents needed.
Oanda is scam broker I had my SL on Xauusd 4599 and it’s hit my Sl on 4649 and it’s not the first time that’s happen before too don’t use it guys

Do not trade with this company, I repeat do not trade with this company at all. After trading with them and trying to withdraw my money, I could only withdraw the amount I deposited through the withdrawal method I used in depositing but when I tried withdrawing the interest I made, then their stupidity started. They began asking me all sorts of documents to submit even documents which are impossible to get. They asked for a screenshot of my PayPal account showing the name, email and url on the same screenshot which is impossible as email and name cannot appear on the same page. Tried explaining things to them but they keep asking for the same thing over and over again. This is just one of the many impossible things they asked me to provide
Oanda took the money from my savings account at my bank to my investment account with no problem. Now they will not give it back, I am having to get my bank involved. The bank made sure that the routing number and account number is correct. From my side everything is correct but they say that they can’t send it to my account. Now they want me to open another account. Each time that they tell me something different they say that it will take 1 to 6 days to send. I have gone over everything with Oanda today I get an email saying that my withdrawal from them has been denied. I will now look to see what commission is in charge of this stuff and file a complaint.
Oanda is a scam. My account was automatically closed after I was holding my trade position for six month because my open trade position was earning a daily interest. When I reached out to customer service , they denied my screenshots of my positive balance and denied to pay me back. They said I had 0 zero balance, I had more than $1000 and a screenshot and email confirmation of my deposits. They still denied.
From the start Oanda have been impressive with their comprehensive customer service and dedicated account management. Any queries are dealt with within a few hours. The online service has been reliable, and the TradingView offer is the icing on the cake.
Worst broker ever! I opened an account a week ago on Oanda EU. I finished the wuese, I uploaded the documents and the app told me that the account is ready and that I can deposit. So, I deposited some money, but I couldn't use the service. The next day I received an email stating that my documents shouldn't be cropped, so I downloaded them again. The next I received another email stating that I should see the whole document on the pictures and pdf shouldn't be screenshot or cropped,even though the pdf documents were original. I uploaded them again. Since then, no emails, no answers and when I tried to login from the app, it says account disabled. Unbelievable!! So I opened the account, they say that my account is created and ready to deposit, I deposit but they disable the account and don't refund the money. Unbelievable! They're simply, the worst ever forex broker.
OANDA customer service called me within 48 hours after I created my trading account and spent about 20 minutes with me on the phone answering my questions. They called me to see if I had any questions or needed any assistance onboarding and getting my accounts linked and setup properly. That is a big green light in my book! I have NEVER had a major exchange reach out to me like that before. That is STELLAR customer service right there.
Great customer service and works smoothly with trading view. Also the trading view essential package promotion is nice to have.
OANDA FUND IS A SCAM FUND. BANNING USER ACCOUNTS FOR NO REASONS OF SUSPICIOUS LOGIN IS A CHILDISH REASON. STAY AWAY FROM OANDA.
I had an excellent experience with OANDA with the Best customer support .The website and market and the phone app is handy and user friendly itself. My person in contact was Bradley, found him very professional and supportive , they reimburse my TradingView annual fee as well . Just the downside of the platform I found maybe , the registration was a bit hassle and thats it.

I passed the challenge and also got funded account but not activated.I requested the customer service above 10 times but the response have the same."I haven't ever seen long delay any other propfirm"

do not put your money into this broker because they will steal your money without letting u withdraw it. they are bunch of thief worker. The ACH part is the worse part when it come to withdraw or deposit so better run from this broker and they dont let u put more trade like they control it
I made a mistake on passwords and the Customer Service rep quickly and easily handled the issue without making me feel like an idiot. I hate forgetting passwords, and usually hate talking to CS about it lol. This was the only time I've used Oanda CS, but it was probably the best. Thank you Mrs.Joy!
The team at Oanda took my concerns seriously and dealt with them swiftly. I hold a very small account, under 100 dollars, yet they still had my back when something came up. Highly recommend.
Best broker I’ve used Very helpful in all my questions and sorted out free TradingView essential, was reimbursed within a few days I am still learning but Oanda is a great platform like some other demo accounts I’ve tried i have found this the best and suits me great
As the title says they close accounts that are profitable. This company is super shady. If you dont heed this advice then all I can say is I tried.
this firm is shady. I opened my account, made profit and then they instantly decided to terminate my account under term 21.2., i.ie just because. most likely they hedge bets and don't want somebody making a profit. I would happily move to a different broker but not only did they block my trade but they blocked my withdrawals so they have happily taken my money and my profit and held onto it. EDIT: "Oanda has asked for more information so they can help you with this matter". yeah well when i contacted their customer support i got told to go away basically, so anything they say following that is just false and really just damage control

I would put 0 stars if they’ll let me. DO not use this bad ass broker bruh. The leverage is 1:50 you would only be able to open micro lots , and it’s super easy to deposit funds but they wanna take a whole month for you to withdraw anything. Like this is ridiculous

I have been using OANDA for a few years now trading CFDs. I have found it to be a reliable and trustworthy brokeridge. Spreads are reasonable and customer service is good. For retail brokers I recommend them.
