I love the software but trying to get a hold of someone can be challenging from time to time. The most important negative that I found was the delay when trying to wire out profits. The website says 3-5 business days. I’ve been waiting a consistent 10-15 business days. It seems the larger the amount the longer the wait. That maybe the deal breaker for me. What good are trading profits if you can’t take them when you need them.

This company has utterly wasted my time for nearly seven weeks. The initial application process was met with prompt responses, including frequent emails and even phone calls after a mere two-day delay on my part in submitting some paperwork due to travel. However, once I provided all the required documentation, communication abruptly ceased. It has now been nearly two weeks without a word from them. I even reached out, requesting the cancellation of my application and confirmation that my sensitive information would be deleted, only to be met with complete silence. The only positive aspect of this experience was the initial communication, which has since disappeared entirely. After requesting an update, I’ve now been left in limbo for over eight days with no response. This level of negligence is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Customer service very good and was not expecting this from an overseas broker. Had a slow start with the company a small mishap with some charges. The company management reached out to me letting me know how much they care about customer service and did not want me to be disappointed and were happy to work with me to returns some of the funds that were disputed.

Be careful!! They require a lot of personal documents that i provide.I was approved as I provide ALL the documents they needed. Once they have a lot of personal REQUIRED informations, they ask me tuesday for more confidential documents that they never ask me before. It is so scary the way they operate. Their company is offshore in Cayman. Wish I would have known and not giving at the first place the documents i provide and they keep it. They are saying they need more documents now to finish the application. I am so nervous because they are so many companies offshore that closed. Their are in Cayman and they have so many of my personal documents, and I have heard that once they have them, they play a game for many of users and say "sorry we could not accept your application". I will let you know what they will do with my application!! To follow. Just to be clear, I am a citizen living in the us for 24 years, work for 24 years, social security card, collect and pay for my SSI, have bank statements and credit cards, US driver license, heath insurance and 3 US citizen children. Just be aware. ANSWER : Yes you did ask me and I sent all the documents. You sent me an email on Dec 31 that you just need my new driver license Today, i received another email with 8 more NEW documents as the only document required to finalize was my driver license. I have a proof of all the correspondance. It is just a way to get more data from people!!!! Jan 02/2025 AFTER SENDING AGAIN NEW DOCUMENTS, THEY CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WITH ALL MY PERSONAL DOCUMENTS AND DATA WITH MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, BANK ACCOUNTS INFORMATIONS, DRIVER LICENCE, FORMS I SIGNED, MY ADRESS, MY CREDIT CARD INFOS. I CALLED THEM AND THEY HANG UP OR NOT ANSWERING.

Terrible experience. .It has been 7 days!!!! since I provided the require documents My account is still close and in process! This week, my account is still not open!!!!I they ignore my calls and emails. Their phone number is not working and there is absolutly noone to help. I have never seen a brokerage company so disorganised and not reliable. UPDATE I just got a random email saying that it will take another week to process and will give me an update. This is scary!! Update SEND ALL required documents and more this Exactly what they request and they block my account and with all ny documents sent. I guess they are unhappy that i put a commet about my experience. And they lack of transparency.

I closed my account with CMEG on Sept 25,2024. It is now 10/28/2024. I requested my money to be sent to me and they have not sent it yet. I have called multiple times, sent multiple emails and they will not respond to me. Every time I speak to a customer service rep they take my info and tell me someone from the Client Services department will call me and will email me. I have gotten zero help and not a penny of my money. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER. Edit: Oct 29, 2024 - their response below is EXACTLY what they have told me when I spoke with their customer service reps. So here I am again, waiting for someone to contact me. Let’s hope they do this time. Edit: Oct 30, 2024 - after writing this review, CMEG called and emailed me and rectified the situation. This issue was a two part problem, an error on my part was partially to blame combined with the lack of communication and follow-up on their part. However the issue is resolved and was done so by their UK office, not the office located in the Caymans. Thank you.

They cannot be trusted! I recently tried out there Sterling Trader Pro platform for a small account challenge ($500) and have been screwed over several times by them cancelling orders without warning or reason. Last week I put in a sell order for 150 shares to sell at $3.00. The ask reached and went over $3.00 to $3.05 and higher. But instead of my order being filled at $3.00, there platform cancelled my order, no warning, no alert, nothing. The only indication I got that something wasn't right was when CMEG auto-liquidated my shares at $1.96 which put me below their $350 minimum threshold, and now I can't trade until I wire them more money. So, besides all the fee, $40 to put money in, $40 to take money out, $250 monthly platform fees, they claim 6x margin, but only on a handful of stock like Google and Microsoft. If you want to day trade anything, 99% of the stocks are no margin. Total waste of time and money. Stick with Schwab or Webull. Nice BS reply below. In other words, oh well, sh!t happens, our platform sucks and there's nothing you can do about it. I've used several other trading platforms over the 10+ years of my trading like ThinkorSwim, Webull, LightSpeed and even Robinhood, and except for the crooks taking away the buy button when it suits them, I've never had an order where the ask goes above my sell order price and it gets canceled instead of filled. That ridiculous! There's a reason these guys are based out of the Cayman Islands, they can screw you over how ever they like. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The CAP is ALL mobile app is very simple but wish I could set alerts from it though.

I've been trading on CAP it ALL a few years now. It's a very stable platform. Had no issues getting my orders filled.

After communicating with the client service (multiple back and forth email with prompt reply) and asking them to run my problem with the supervisor in charge my problem was solved. They really worked out to keep the client satisfied

Is there another offshore broker that can compete with these guys? I don't think so!! I feel very comfortable that they're regulated by the FCA and CIMA. My money is safe. Just for me to make more now.

I have to say, their withdrawals times have been reduced by a few days now. To be fair to them, it was still always within their specified terms and coniditions but it's great that you are listening to your customer's complaints. Good show!! Happier now.

By far the worst broker on the planet. Poor execution, poor setup, very poor customer service. Let's see to start with. Upon account opening (which is an entire nightmare on it's own). They setup acct with the "Replace" feature on their end was deactivated for some unknown reason. Lost hundreds do to this. You pay the most anyone would pay for DAS Trader and one of the basic features is disabled by them. The ability to control risk management is also disabled requiring an email every time you'd like to set or modify that. Range orders failed numerous times to fill at high range while stock traded several minutes open/,closing above upper limit. One time it not only failed but canceled order completely and I noticed the position way under lower limit set. Upon contacting them they gave some bs excuse. But coincidentally my Range orders filled no problem afterwards. Lost a few thousand trying them out. Worst mistake I've made yet. The fees are ridiculous as well. If your account drops below the minimum they turn off access even while you've received notice of your wire transfer being accredited to your acct the same day, then email later saying your account is suspended. 2 days later they turn your trading access back on. Ridiculous! Absolutely horrible customer service in every manner. Would avoid trading with them at all cost. The PDT avoidance isn't even worth it as you'll lose money anyways. Whether it be from fees or horrible setup on their end.
