I did not have very good experience to start with. I had to wait 9 days for a reply. I was also told to refill and repay for my order. I asked for help. That never happened until I posted that it was a scam. Then i got a thrift reply. A very humble apology, and that the welzo company did not mean for this mixup to happen. I got a refund,apology,and a discount for future orders. I am thankful they saw what happened and they sorted it out right away.!Thankyou Welzo!
