I am writing this review to warn all traders: Do NOT deposit money into TMGM. I have been a client of TMGM . Recently, without any prior notice, TMGM disabled my access to both the Client Portal and MT4 platform. I have been completely locked out of my own money. I contacted them multiple times via email to try and resolve the issue.However, TMGM is using "internal reviews" as an excuse to indefinitely hold my funds. This behavior is typical of a scam broker, not a regulated one. Traders, stay away!
My account is 11064014. I deposited 3000 USD in October 2025, and by October 29th, my profit had doubled, reaching a total of 6480 USD. I tried to withdraw my funds, but they refused to process the withdrawal.Neither principal nor profits can be withdrawn. Update (09-01-2026):They first labeled my comment as defamatory, then replied in the comments that they would investigate my account. This is ridiculous.
Slippage issue and no account manager contact after multiple requests . Requested for vps details and account manager connect for multiple times after slippage issue. Tmgm accepted that the slippage issue was system delay and replied that regarding vps my account manager will contact me. It's been more 20+ working days and after 4 time request for account manager connect. Simple reply from support will be apologise for inconvenience your account manager will contact you shortly. Don't know why tmgm works this way. I have video proof of system delay trigger. And email proof for account manager no connect solution after multiple requests. Also when I ask for good will credit request after the slippage on trading with video proof. there is no reply from tmgm. How can a traders be idle after 20+ working days from slippage without getting solutions and with no support in tmgm Update (16-12-2025): Still my account manager has not contacted me and still I don't know who is my account manager. No solution provided by tmgm still now

Withdraw process block 4 days, still not get paid it's a real broker?? Reply your review 4 days doesn't include weekend, it's my customer problem, not me, today, the withdraw process has been approved, but takes too long time to process it.

The customer service for TMGM is amazing I’ve never felt more cared about from a company before especially from a man called Milan I had a problem and he didn’t stop until my problem was solved couldn’t say a bad word about him
TMGM's platform is decent, but execution speed varies. Slippage is common during volatile markets, making precise entries/exits difficult.

Wow i moved from IC markets over to TMGM due to leverage 1:1000 , and i got a withdrawal the next day without any fees or issues !! in to my Bank Account , So far so good 😊

Hi, I deposited $100 usd, $165 nzd credited to my tmgm account, but when I withdraw the $100 usd, I only got $135 nzd credited to my bank account. So $35 was charged by tmgm. Tmgm may argue they don't charge any fees for withdraws, it's charged by an intermediate bank. But I was using a visa debit card, it didn't go through an intermediate bank. Bank statement can be provided as evidence.
