Had an issue with my Revolut bank reversing a payment to TMGM. Can’t thank TMGM and specifically Milan for helping me through this and get the money credited back after Alot of confusion. I traded precious metals and crude oil products with TMGM. When I registered and opened my accounts, I believed I was trading under TMGM’s Australian-regulated framework because TMGM’s marketing prominently emphasizes Australian regulation, global regulatory credentials, and international brand partnerships. However, after my accounts generated profits and I submitted a withdrawal request, TMGM refused to release my profits and only offered to return my principal. More concerningly, TMGM did not provide clear, specific, and verifiable evidence to support its decision. I subsequently sent three formal complaint emails requesting: An explanation for the withdrawal refusal; The specific basis for the alleged violation; Relevant trading records and review documentation. To date, I have not received any substantive response. It was only after the withdrawal dispute arose that I discovered my accounts were not held under the Australian-regulated entity, but under an offshore entity. In my opinion, TMGM did not present the differences between its Australian entity and offshore entities in a clear and easily understandable way for Chinese-speaking clients. Important information regarding entity allocation and applicable regulatory protections was not sufficiently prominent during the account opening process. For anyone considering opening an account with TMGM, I strongly recommend confirming: 1. Which legal entity your account will be held under; 2. Which regulator actually supervises that entity; 3. What dispute resolution options are available; 4. Whether you are entitled to the protections you believe you are receiving. As of today, my dispute involving USD 214,213.33 remains unresolved.

Let me share my experience. My friend and I each deposited USD 3,000 into TMGM and made over USD 6,000 using a shared strategy. However, they suspected something was wrong with our trading and, citing anti-money laundering regulations, demanded various documents (including photos of us holding our ID cards, proof of address, and passports notarized by a notary public – it was incredibly complicated). My friend provided the documents but only received his initial USD 3,000 back; his profits were deducted. I find this extremely unreasonable. Since they only want to return the principal, I feel no obligation to provide these documents, as the principal is rightfully mine; they should simply return it to me. If I provided the required documents, then all my profits should be returned to me. I've explained this many times, but my comments are always taken down. I can only continue trying to tell the truth.

Slippage issue and no account manager contact after multiple requests . Requested for vps details and account manager connect for multiple times after slippage issue. Tmgm accepted that the slippage issue was system delay and replied that regarding vps my account manager will contact me. It's been more 20+ working days and after 4 time request for account manager connect. Simple reply from support will be apologise for inconvenience your account manager will contact you shortly. Don't know why tmgm works this way. I have video proof of system delay trigger. And email proof for account manager no connect solution after multiple requests. Also when I ask for good will credit request after the slippage on trading with video proof. there is no reply from tmgm. How can a traders be idle after 20+ working days from slippage without getting solutions and with no support in tmgm Update (16-12-2025): Still my account manager has not contacted me and still I don't know who is my account manager. No solution provided by tmgm still now

Withdraw process block 4 days, still not get paid it's a real broker?? Reply your review 4 days doesn't include weekend, it's my customer problem, not me, today, the withdraw process has been approved, but takes too long time to process it.

The customer service for TMGM is amazing I’ve never felt more cared about from a company before especially from a man called Milan I had a problem and he didn’t stop until my problem was solved couldn’t say a bad word about him
TMGM's platform is decent, but execution speed varies. Slippage is common during volatile markets, making precise entries/exits difficult.
