Summary
I submitted withdrawal documents more than eight weeks ago but the broker repeatedly gave false promises—first claiming the withdrawal was completed, then saying it would be processed on Monday, then on Tuesday or Wednesday—without ever following through. They are unresponsive by phone and email. Only after filing a complaint with Fosterboon was I assisted in obtaining a chargeback. The overall experience shows long delays, poor communication, and the need for third‑party intervention to recover funds.

It have been more then 8weeks ago that I uploaded the documents for the withdraw. First they told me that it's already done then they say that they will do it on monday. I can't reach them ether on phone or email. They say I will have it on tuesday or wednesday everytime which they never did until I filled a complaint with fosterboon who helped me in getting my cash chargeback
