after the exchange closed the other day after the hack, the exchange returned access to funds, for which respect! trust! but of course they made users pretty nervous!
Stolen my 600 usdt and banned me for nothing. Today they have closed a Solana usdt address and has not notified me. So, money lost. And now they block me from support, but i even have not sent them anything yet. Aware, this is scam exchange

Wasted my time on verification. At the end it refuses with the message "sorry deposite is impossible in your country". I used passport of one country, but am resident in another one. There is no way to correct or update this information, customer support is absent. I do not recommend to use it for european residents.
the arbitration system for the p2p platform is dead. The buyer did not transfer the money and went missing. The money has not been returned for several days. Stupid support bot does not name the terms. The money is stuck indefinitely. What to do next is unclear. The bot does not explain anything except the endless word "wait".
I strongly advise against using Huobi, as they have a history of randomly freezing assets without proper explanation. In my personal experience, I purchased USDT offline from a seller with cash, and once the USDT was deposited into my Huobi account, it was immediately disabled for transfers or withdrawals. Despite contacting customer service for an explanation, they couldn't provide a satisfactory answer, attributing the restriction to an automatic system action beyond their control. They then requested various KYC documents, including the seller's contact information, USDT withdrawal slip, and proof of my cash withdrawal. I had already completed my KYC profile on Huobi, but even after submitting all the requested documents, my account restrictions were persistently rejected, and they demanded more documentation. After a frustrating and prolonged process of four days, they finally lifted the restrictions, allowing me to withdraw and transfer my funds. However, this entire experience has left me with significant concerns about the platform's handling of such issues, and I am apprehensive about using Huobi in the future.

I had to go to huobi because of binance leaving the country i live in. Before I startedi checked the crypto currencies tradedon the exchange and saw that they were trading the ones i have had and deposited the currency, in this case Super RARE in a quite expensive way too. But wheni wanted to set up a trade learned that the exchange doesnt trade this currency anymore. I found this quite misleading because the exchanges accept only the currencies they trade. I didn't get any notification whatsoever when I deposited. When I escalated this just got a sorry for the inconvenience and that I could withdraw it if I wanted, of course with high transaction costs and withdrawal costs charged by HUOBI. It is shameful!!
So I signed up using Apple credentials and the account setup wrong. I sent funds to this account and tried changing account information to set it up right and that’s when things went downhill it’s an automated chat and when you verify using I’d etc it gets refused and customer service on the automated chat just send you in circles so basically you will not get your funds back if you have the experience I’ve had. I’ve told them to shove the accounts where the sun don’t shine and keep my funds they are scammers and won’t help you just rob you AVOID AT ALL COST
Instead of Volt Inu2, they mistakenly sent Volt Inu 3, which never arrived, and despite 50 emails with support, they only dodged and settled for an apology, but did not make any compensation.
As a digital nomad, I encountered a gross donkey stubbornness about verification of my documents. They're all issued in Russia, but my current residence is in Kyrgyzstan which is confirmed by various legal papers such as bank statements, gas/electricity bills and a registration card with my full name and permanent address in Bishkek which can be validated online at the official Kyrgyz state municipal services website. Despite all of that they rejected my docs and didn't allow me to deposit in dollars ($). You'll have a lot of problems with them if you live in a country which differs from one that issued your ID. I recommend going with either the Kraken exchange (U.S. based, considered to be most secure with slightly higher fees compared to competitors) or Binance (E.U./cayman islands company which was founded in China; probably the most popular). Both of those exchanges had no problem with confirming my current location according to the proof of address which I listed above. Huobi demands to have any other passport (i.e., citizenship) or a permanent residence card, except Russian, in order to top-up your account in USD. All of the negative reviews here just show that this crypto exchange is bottom-level pit latrine. To get an answer for your issue you'll have to wait at least 12 hours or more and their live agents speak in broken English. Avoid at all cost!! Just any other crypto exchange, but not this one.

Third class useless P2P service. They provide full support to the scammers. They should get class from Binance support team. Worst P2P support in my experience. My coins are locked by a scammer from last 2 months and scammer confirmed in the order chat that he has provided fake receipt, still the support asking to the scammer if he can cancel the order or not. Useless support. Stay away from such rubbish platform.
Not that bad how you might think of it - good offers, lot of currencies, nice commisions, easy to register and trade!
Huboi P2P is full of scams and the platform encourages scammers i did report to customer service but they tok as it very casual and please people don't trade P2P on huboi or you will lose your funds
Waited hours on the final L4 verification. Have tried every way to submit the document but it just keeps failing saying one thing or the other. I mean, they need bank statements in jpeg/png format for address verification. After supplying that too, it simply fails. When I ask the customer care, I get a bot like reply, "Please provide in suitable format" . Pathetic
Thankfully I only used this platform for very few trades. I need my full transaction history (which should be really small/short) for tax purposes and requested my trade history from them. It says they get back to you within 5 business days; well, tough luck. I'm still waiting. If there's any update to this, I'll change my rating accordingly.
