Stay away from this platform they don’t want to release my money and I have seen similar comments here and it’s very bad I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within 48hours. seek help if you can

I deposited $1,655 into my FXCess account (Account No: 1521125902) expecting a secure trading experience. But as soon as I requested to withdraw my funds, they locked my account and completely refused to return my money. I submitted all the required documents and completed their verification process. Everything was in order. Despite this, they ignored my withdrawal request, stopped responding, and refused to give me back the money I deposited. This is extremely frustrating and feels like a scam. $1,655 is not a small amount to just disappear. Support has been completely useless — they either delay, make excuses, or ignore me altogether. I’m demanding that FXCess immediately return my $1,655 or I will escalate this legally and report the issue to financial authorities and regulators. To anyone considering using FXCess — be warned. This platform is not trustworthy, and you risk losing your money just like I did.

I've provided all requested documents, completed profile verification twice, and yet my funds have been on hold for over a week. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no confirmation that my refund is being processed. Instead, they keep delaying and repeatedly requesting documents I've already submitted. I’ve had a horrible experience with this service. My profile has already been approved, and I’ve provided all the required documentation (ID passport and bank statement) promptly. However, despite this, they are still insisting on a video recording, even though they already have everything they requested. It’s been five days since I submitted my documents, and they continue to delay my refund by asking for more and more unnecessary proofs. This feels like a deliberate tactic to stall the process, and it’s incredibly unprofessional. I’m highly disappointed with how they are handling this, and it’s frustrating to be caught in this endless cycle of delays and unreasonable demands.
