FXCESS is a scam, This is a fraudulent company. I made deposit of £400 and received a bonus. And i started to trade mainly over the Xmas holiday. And when my balance was reducing i added £130 and i was given another bonus. I stayed on plus and minus until i finally went into profit and i closed i traded one instrument at a time. So i requested a transfer from MT4 to My wallet in order to withdraw. I still had a balance of £684 or so but my bonus was reduced to £129. So it meant i had an equity of £800 plus to trade. I entered some trades but made losses so i closed all. my actual balance reduced to £500 plus. And i entered silver instrument but i was making a loss i entered a few more positions but then the loss increased to a point where Fxcess started to close my trades leaving me with 12 positions. And a balance of £323 or so then all of a sudden the positions were closed and my MT4 suspended plus the transfer declined. Now they then came up with i violated the bonus agreement using some lines as they usually do. This is my first tome of dealing with any broker that is as fraudulent as FXcess. Please dont jojn this company they are clearly fraudulent. The have started to reject any messages sent to their email from my registered email address it is obvious they are a scam company please so not register with FXCESs or make any deposit run from them.

I sincerely from my heart do not recommend this broker, you may see good reviews on here but they’re either fake or people leaving reviews who have just started using the broker, I’ve traded for over 5 months with this broker and I can say at the beginning my internal transfers, deposits withdrawals would only take 1 day maximum. But it all suddenly changed to longer periods for withdrawals and no responses from the support teams. The problem is, I noticed changes in leverage whilst I was trading to attempt to wipe out my account, I noticed higher spreads than usual and today On Christmas Eve, FXCESS accused me of arbitrage and instead of refunding my £920 deposit , they suspended my account. and stopped responding!!! THEYLL DO IT TO YOU ALSO! DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM. Further more to this, to clarify the fake accusation, I received this email today, without evidence and without notice took my money! Read below, Dear Client, After conducting an investigation on the trading activity of your accounts, we have reached to the below conclusion: Your accounts were trading on price disparities with the purpose of benefiting from a possible pricing arbitrage to the Company's detriment. This comes as a violation of our Trading Terms and Conditions to which the Client has to comply with before opening an account with the Company. At this point we would like to draw your attention to Paragraph 6.22 and 27.4 of the Trading Terms and Conditions: 6.22 Internet, connectivity delays, and price feed errors sometimes create a situation where there is price latency on the Electronic Systems such that there is a disparity between the Company quoted prices and current market prices for short periods. Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that it shall not execute Transactions with the Company that rely on price latency arbitrage opportunities either by using additional functionalities/plug-ins (i.e. Expert” (i) make corrections or adjustments to the relevant Transaction execution prices to reflect what would have occurred had there been no price latency arbitrage; and/or (ii) cancel all the relevant Transactions; and/or (iii) terminate without notice the Client’s Account with the Company; and/or (iv) charge an administration fee equal to 10% of the deposited funds, with the maximum charge set at $200 or deposit currency equivalent. IF YOU RECEIVE THIS EMAIL, just know your account isn’t safe, your money isn’t safe and they’ll breach their own rules and take all your deposit. I CAN SWEAR BY GOD, THEY HAVE TOOK MY DEPOSITED AMOUNT WHICH IS £987 AND ARE TRYING TO ONLY REFUND ME £327. In their own terms of business it says ‘take 10% of deposited amount or maximum $200 deposit currency equivalent. this is a breach of their own rules and it isn’t the case anyway, I have full evidence no arbitrage was committed and It’s just a tactic they use to take your money. I have reported the company to the police and currently we are tracing down the ones responsible including my account manager who rang me many times of a UK London number which I have recorded calls from. I am grateful for the help I am receiving from my bank, the police and the FRAUD ACTION TEAM, and until I do not receive my funds of £987 back, I will continue to investigate this broker, find the criminals and bring them to justice!!!!!
Been trading with FXCESS for over 2 months now. so far all positive. Easy sign up and verification process. Withdrawn around 14k usd and has been smooth, half went to my original funding source as refund and half went to my international bank transfer I have nominated. Customer service Paul from the broker even called just to make sure my withdrawals were recieved promptly. I dont undersrand why people on the internet saying the broker is a scam.....

This instantly inflated my margin requirements, triggering a near miss "Stop Out" that could have wiped out my entire equity. Deceptive Dashboard Reporting: Even after they manually reduced my actual trading power, my account dashboard continued to falsely display 1:1000 leverage, making it impossible to manage risk accurately. High-Pressure "Bonus" Traps: Account managers frequently call and pressure clients to deposit more funds to claim a "100% matching bonus." This is designed to encourage larger lot sizes, making it easier for them to "blow" your account when they trigger a leverage change. Vague "Aggressive Trading" Labels: Despite only placing two trades per day, my account was flagged for "aggressive trading" as a justification for their actions. This is a fully unprompted review on this broker. Started using them as someone offered a copy trading service. At first I was a little cautious because of the reviews and how they never receive the money back etc etc. After doing everything to get verified and everything they’ve asked for I let the account build up. I put a withdrawal request in on 11/12/2025 and I received the money I asked for on the 12/12/2025 No issues on my side and very happy up to now. Will obviously edit if something changes but for now I’m extremely happy

Do not trust this broker. I deposited $ $400 without trading with It . All of a sudden it dissappeared and was told i have traded with it. I comfronted them and i couldnt access the acount anymore. All these happened in less than 30minutes

Extremely Horrible broker Avoid ant any cost . I made good 10k in profit with them . They didn’t allow me to take out my profits. Made my account back to zero Don’t waste your money and time time with them . They have so many hidden rules to deny your profits . They will talk rubbish and saying prohibited strategies . I raised a request to close my account (Account No. 1521125612) and get back my initial deposit, but till now, the funds are locked and I am unable to withdraw through your portal. I have already tried contacting your support team, but no proper response has been received. This kind of treatment towards customers is not acceptable. I am humbly requesting once again—please refund my initial deposit and close my account without any further delay. First of all, the process to open the account is easy and they honestly make it look professional and safe. I funded my account with 1k USD and started trading the same day. My strategy is quite aggressive, indeed like in the casino, i am willing to lose everything easily and then to redeposit. What happened is that I won 2.3k USD, which I was very happy about. Then, once I wanted to withdraw 2k and continue trading with the rest, they did not pay me and they deducted the whole 2.3k from my account, i will show you the proofs attached, they said I was abusing their offer (still trying to understand what they meant) but not surprised when you look into who was behind the creation of this company. I urge people to be cautious and avoid them at all costs.
After everything that's been going on on the internet recently, I was really worried about putting my money anywhere tbh. Found that they keep trader funds completely seperate in sort of segregated accounts, not mixed with company money at all... Good to know, that was the dealbreaker for me. My name is Kelesova Marketa, trading account 1521123964. I have been trying to withdraw my deposit for the past three weeks, but the broker has consistently refused to release my funds. Initially, my account verification was approved before I started trading. Later, the broker demanded that I resubmit documents: a bank statement and a selfie with my ID. I complied with all these requests, yet the broker still refuses to return my money. Now they are asking for additional requirements such as recording a video with my ID or a separate video of my documents, which were never part of the original verification conditions. This feels like an intentional delay to avoid processing my withdrawal. Additionally, the support team has treated me unprofessionally and has not provided any clear timeline for returning my funds. I am very disappointed with this experience and urge others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this broker. I request the company to immediately process my withdrawal and return my deposit.
I think this broker is ok to trade anything, inclduing commodities and shares too,because I seen the spreads and conditions. . I'm still figuring out which account setup feels right for me,but so far trading here has been steady.
The spread quoted on trade is significantly different to the actual spread they take. I have asked about this on several occasion and get BS. They keep pointing at volatile trading periods. I have even sent them screenshots during dead quiet times. This is technically theft.
