Summary
Reviews of Dukascopy Bank present a highly mixed picture. Many users praise its reliability, strong regulation, transparency in euro transactions, and ease of use for banking and trading. The platform’s interface, currency options, and smooth transfers are cited as major advantages. Some clients appreciate its professionalism, compliance standards, and legitimate banking status compared to fintech competitors, noting improvements in service speed and communication. However, numerous users report serious issues with customer support, citing slow or unresponsive service, repeated requests for information, and inconsistent handling of basic problems like card issuance and blocked accounts. Several complaints mention unexplained fund rejections, poor communication about compliance actions, and lengthy transfers. Critics also highlight high or inflexible fees, transaction delays, limited withdrawal options, and restrictive account limits. Technical issues, system downtime during trading, and alleged unfair trading practices—such as price discrepancies or delays—have eroded trust for some traders. Overall, Dukascopy is viewed as a solid, well-regulated institution offering competitive services for disciplined users comfortable with strict compliance, but experiences vary widely. Customer service quality, restrictions, and technical reliability remain the main pain points, while transparency, safety, and professionalism stand out as core strengths.

I transferred $100 USD from my Saudi bank account to Dukascopy with all correct beneficiary details and documents. The transfer was confirmed as successful by my bank (Alinma), yet Dukascopy rejected the funds without a proper explanation. This experience shows a lack of transparency and poor support from Dukascopy. I submitted passport, ID, and proof of transfer. Still, I didn’t receive a valid reason — they blamed internal issues or “risk rules” with no clarification. If you do not support transfers from Saudi Arabia, why let people create accounts or provide SWIFT details? You wasted my time, money, and effort. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

We would like to have the offers of virtual csrds in Algeria , because we do have transfers all the time as we work on the tourism , we would like to have a vision to our region. Otherwise till now there is no problem with it eventhough the ttransfers take so long to be done even from banks within europe

I've been a client of Dukascopy Bank for some time now, and I couldn't be happier with their services overall. They truly offer a comprehensive solution for both banking and investment needs. What stands out to me is their transparent fee structure. While it's true that transactions in non-euro currencies might incur slightly higher costs, their commissions for euro operations are very competitive and what I'd consider "normal" and reasonable. This makes them an excellent choice if you primarily deal in euros, and even for other currencies, the value they provide is still top-notch. The platform is user-friendly, very simple one. Room for Improvement: Quarterly Income Limit The one area I believe could be improved is the quarterly income limit. Unlike "normal" retail banks, this restriction can sometimes make day-to-day operations a bit less convenient. Removing or significantly increasing this limit would allow for much smoother and more comfortable banking, making Dukascopy an even more formidable choice for regular use. Despite this minor point, I highly recommend Dukascopy Bank to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient financial partner in another jurisdiction.
