I have a terrible experience with their customer account executive Tomas Slavik based in Germany. Firstly, I was re-directed to their site from a completely different product which they do not offer, which is clearly false advertising. However my initial discussions with Tomas were positive, and I deposited £250. For the first few days we have daily discussions and it was going very well. Then I was struck down with COVID. For the first week Tomas was patient, but when I told him I needed more time to recover before we can re-start our discussions, he would not accept that. He started to accuse me of wasting his time, and calling without appointment (once at 0730 UK time). When I challenged him on his behaviour, he acknowledged he was being disruptive, but made more accusations. I couldn't believe he would subject me to this beheviour whilst I am still trying to recover from COVID. Finally he emailed me to close the account, still accusing me of lacking business sense and being too 'emotional'. I work for one of the largest investment banks in the world, and I can say that this behaviour towards customers would never be tolerated. I have withdrawn my money and closed my account. Awful experience.
TOTAL fraud of a company. How do you guys called Btc Markets claim to be customer friendly but wnt even return mails or calls. You take people's money and go into thin hair. I dealt with Btc Markets using an agency named BESTrecoveryservice. Link and i got all my funds back
