I have had a positive experience with this company over the past three years. After working with firms like LMAX, Pepperstone, Axi, KT Markets, and Equity Group Dubai, I believe this company stands out as one of the best choices I could have made. I do have a constructive suggestion regarding the demo account setup; I think it could be made more user-friendly. Additionally, I appreciate the support from my manager, Angelo Pinres, who is consistently available via phone or email, even when he is traveling or busy. The speed and reliability of wire transfers and withdrawals have also been impressive. Overall, I would rate my experience as deserving of 5 stars. Max
This company is garbage; it's a scam. I traded through them, and they deducted tens of thousands of dollars of my profits. I'm going to report them to the police and also file a complaint with the regulatory authorities. Recently, due to the significant price fluctuations in gold, I've been consistently making profits. However, this company deducted a portion of my profits.

Contacted customer support as there was a change in the withdraw funds via option. Spoke to Hannah and she assured me that it was an updated processing channel which acts as an intermediary for handling withdrawal. This update wouldn't affect bank wire withdrawals as they would be processed and funds credited into the account as usual. Most appreciative of her clarification and the assurance that my withdrawal would be unhindered. Great customer support. Keep up the great work.

I had a great experience with Taurex's customer service team agent name Alex. He responded to my questions quickly and were very friendly throughout the conversation. It felt like they genuinely wanted to help, not just give standard replies. Very satisfied with the support!

GREAT AND TRANSPARENCY
Many times I’m facing problem here while depositing and withdrawal…customer service will say will look into it but they will never reply you back..even if you request for crypto withdrawal but they will credit the amount into direct bank account..I’m almost struggling with them for last 20days…always blaming their payment providers if that so whey they have pattering with them
I submitted all the required documents for verification, but my account has still not been approved. I contacted support several times, but I only received generic replies and no real updates. This delay is very inconvenient because I cannot use my account properly. I hope the company improves their verification process and provides faster support
I was a member of Taurex and it's a very bad brokerage... They promise to give bonuses but don't give and after some time, they also take money from your account and call it a bug... Very bad brokerage, never trade on it... All your money will be wasted

Honestly, it was ok then, for now, currently very Bad in terms of transfer. Infact, in ability to transfer internally my sell is ruin my trading pattern. If it persist, I have no option than to get back to my former Brooker.

Taurex has been a really good broker backed prop firm and an excellent community to be a part of. They share their payout certificates on a regular basis which adds confidence to them being reputable. Connor Woods is a fantastic market analyst who shares incredibly valuable market insights twice a week by live stream on you tube and these have benefited my trading greatly!
I’ve really enjoyed Taurex as it has everything in one place, from demo’s to live accounts, MT5 accessibility and even their own economic calendar. In addition, I’ve joined the Discord and lives streams ran by Connor. He provides really insightful knowledge, his own opinions on the markets and small tips and tricks to stop blowing accounts!
