I have a fund dispute with Taurex Global Limited. My account number is 2110000159. I deposited USD 40,000. After trading activity, my account balance was USD 33,406.75. I withdrew USD 19,555.75, and USD 13,851.00 remains disputed. Taurex has refused to provide a full account reconciliation and has advised me to refer the matter to FSA Seychelles. I have now filed a formal complaint with FSA.
Worst Broker,Took My money.Unfaithful with client money. I deposited Money after going through the correct verification process with this broker. CU160917 was the account I got with this broker. I deposited 1950 in my trading account. I made profits of 2032 dollars from my trading. Once I asked for withdrawal the broker denied and withheld my money together with profits . After forth and back complain the broker decided to take away the profits and refund only the capital. I have tried to reason out with the broker but they decided not to disclose reasonable details as to the cause of their decision. No trader should go through such an ordeal and therefore I am writing this review to WARN you if you want to trade consider another broker and DONT INVEST YOUR MONEY with this broker. He has caused me significant time and emotional stress to get my money. It should not be the case to any trader. I have Launched a formal complain with FSA. Stay away from this preying broker.

NOT A TRUSTWORTHY BROKER.on 23nth may 2026 I reffered to this company an IB who well signed her contract and gave them trading client. Everything was well for the first and only client untill he started making profits. With his deposit. Of 1,950 dollars he made a profit of 2032. On 26th may 2026 he request of withdrawal taurex illegaly held his money and deducted his profits without any reasons. If the client could have lost his money no action could have been taken. This proves that taurex is not trustworth broker. They will deny your profits. They illegally termimated the IB in less thank 24 hours after her signing contract. The client account CU160917. Was wipped out all its profits of 2,032 dollars. We wish we could be able to share screenshot evidence. Until they look to solve the issue this broker is a BIG RED FLAG. I will update review after they follow due process to adress the matter. The broker failed to mention any advantage the client had ,the broker aknowlwdges profits were illegaly deducted according to company policy. The broker fails to respond to what happens if the trader lost, because he benefits on both cases.therefore you can clearly depict The broker unonymously made a decision to scam the trader.

Name- Devendra Verma Customer Number: CU159091 Account number 120032574 I deposited $15,000 and $12,000 (approximately $27,000 USD total) with Taurex through crypto transfers in May 2026. My MT5 trading accounts included accounts ending in 2574, 2575, 2762, 2763, 2764, and 2765. The deposits were successfully credited, and I traded under the broker’s normal trading conditions. However, after making profits, my profitable trades and profits were reversed by the company. At the same time, losing trades were never reversed. This appears extremely unfair and inconsistent. The most concerning part is that even my principal deposit amount has not been fully returned. Despite depositing around $27,000, the broker has only paid approximately $10,300, while the remaining funds are still unpaid and my account has now been blocked. I have transaction history, wallet transfer proof, and account screenshots supporting my case. I also contacted support multiple times through email and live chat, but I am still waiting for a proper resolution. In my personal experience, the withdrawal handling and treatment of profitable traders have been extremely disappointing. I strongly advise traders to exercise caution and fully understand the risks before depositing significant funds with this broker.
I opened account because the swap return on some fx pairs were the highest of all brokers. After already a drastic reduction around 1 month ago they now lowered it to insanely low numbers. Way less than you can get at any random other broker. I trade 10+ years but never experienced this. Swap refunds are now around 30% of what they were 3 months ago. Swap fee's are of course at the very same level so it's a one way robbery system they invented recently. Closing out now, I have a nice profit already and the 2 stars is because this dubious registrated firm does pay out withdrawals. So far at least... Edit may 21st, just 1 week later: The answer is complete nonsense. It has nothing to do with market conditions. Other brokers still offer the exact same swap and the swap at Taurex is even lower now, went down to 1 point. If it had anything to do with market conditions all other broker give away free money?

My experience with this company has been extremely negative, particularly regarding trade execution and transparency in handling complaints. On 29/01/2026, I opened trades on XAUUSD.pro. My entry orders were placed normally from my side; however, the trades did not appear on my platform screen after execution. I was unable to monitor or manage them, and shortly afterward I was surprised to find that all trades had already been closed at a loss, despite not being visible to me during their active period. This issue raises serious concerns about the accuracy of trade display and the synchronization between actual execution and what is shown to the trader on the platform. When I contacted customer support, I received a general response attributing the situation to market volatility and spread widening, without providing any official execution reports, precise timestamps, or technical data explaining what actually occurred. In my view, this reflects a lack of transparency in the way client complaints are handled. Accordingly, I have documented the case and reserve my full right to escalate the complaint to the relevant regulatory authorities and pursue a formal technical and legal review of the order execution process. Based on my experience, I advise traders to exercise caution and to carefully review the company’s execution transparency and order-handling practices, especially during periods of high market volatility.

I do have a constructive suggestion regarding the demo account setup; I think it could be made more user-friendly. Additionally, I appreciate the support from my manager, Angelo Pinres, who is consistently available via phone or email, even when he is traveling or busy. This company is garbage; it's a scam. I traded through them, and they deducted tens of thousands of dollars of my profits. I'm going to report them to the police and also file a complaint with the regulatory authorities. Recently, due to the significant price fluctuations in gold, I've been consistently making profits. However, this company deducted a portion of my profits.

Contacted customer support as there was a change in the withdraw funds via option. Spoke to Hannah and she assured me that it was an updated processing channel which acts as an intermediary for handling withdrawal. This update wouldn't affect bank wire withdrawals as they would be processed and funds credited into the account as usual. Most appreciative of her clarification and the assurance that my withdrawal would be unhindered. Great customer support. Keep up the great work.

Many times I’m facing problem here while depositing and withdrawal…customer service will say will look into it but they will never reply you back..even if you request for crypto withdrawal but they will credit the amount into direct bank account..I’m almost struggling with them for last 20days…always blaming their payment providers if that so whey they have pattering with them
I submitted all the required documents for verification, but my account has still not been approved. I contacted support several times, but I only received generic replies and no real updates. This delay is very inconvenient because I cannot use my account properly. I hope the company improves their verification process and provides faster support
I was a member of Taurex and it's a very bad brokerage... They promise to give bonuses but don't give and after some time, they also take money from your account and call it a bug... Very bad brokerage, never trade on it... All your money will be wasted

Honestly, it was ok then, for now, currently very Bad in terms of transfer. Infact, in ability to transfer internally my sell is ruin my trading pattern. If it persist, I have no option than to get back to my former Brooker.
