I have an account, I have filled out all the paper work, sent in pictures of my drivers license, every time I try to withdraw or transfer funds out I get a pop up that says "Not Verified by Real Name" customer service will not respond to my inquire about this.

Taurex is a Fraudulent Company.... I want to alert everyone about my terrible experience with Taurex. They stole my profit amount and even deducted money from my account despite me providing everything they asked for. They kept requesting personal documents, which I fully submitted, yet they never released my funds. This company is 100% a scam, and I strongly warn everyone: Do NOT trade with Taurex! Stay safe and protect your money.

First Time experience dealing with Taurex was pleasant. Thier team are very helpful and committed with opening my bank account and transfering deposit. Creating safety and secured transaction is their priority with all engagement reporting and approval. There are always room for improvement in their system and process to make our experience user friendly and ease of use to be achieved and to be informed of problems issue faced by us in the process so that it can be resolved immediately.
