Very very nice
I have requested withdrawal of my funds. I first requested a Credit Card refund. This request was declined with the reason: select an alternative payment method. I uploaded all my bank documents and loaded the details in preparation for a Bank Transfer, which they approved. When I requested the wire transfer withdrawal, this too was declined with the reason: choose another payment method. I contacted support who replied: "[We] are currently having some issues in your region, and CC's and bank wire withdrawals are not available." I live in South Africa. We have a world class banking system and ilI regularly send and receive funds from abroad. The issue must therefore lie with Switch Markets. Be cautious. They promise quick and pain free withdrawals, but this is not the reality. Don't put your money in if you cannot get it out. Update 07 Apr 2026: Support contacted me with the following response "Our finance team confirmed that you can try to submit the withdrawal again using bank wire". They declined the transaction in less than an hours again stating the reason: Choose an alternative payment method. This is a not a decline reason. They refuse to provide an valid decline reason. The only reason payments from Switch Markets would be rejected is if they to not comply with AML compliance or if they are a sanctioned entity, or they are not in good standing with their own bankers. Be VERY CAUTIOUS. DO NOT DEPOSIT FUNDS WITH THIS COMPANY. You will not get your money out.
