I had an old account blocked due to a 'suspicious transaction' which was just a test I did. Thinking it was a misunderstanding, I created a new account with my own details and verified it using my passport. Everything seemed fine, no suspicious activity on my side. I deposited $800 to start trading, but suddenly they closed the account, claiming violation of terms (multiple accounts and third-party data – which is false, I used my own passport!). They say the deposit was withdrawn by me, but I NEVER made any succesful withdrawal! The remaining funds are withheld according to their Section 8 of Service Agreement. Support (Ritu) refused to unblock or refund, saying no refunds for violations. This is unfair and feels like a scam. I have proof: verification screenshots, bank statements showing no withdrawal, and emails. Avoid this platform – they take your money and block you without proper explanation. The price of assets on the FTT is heavily manipulated. I tried it in real time and placed 5 consecutive trades just to test and when it’s about time for profit the price jumps in the opposite direction leading to a loss n it did same for all 5 trades. They will stop your withdrawals all of a sudden and then you keep chasing them. First they will say wait for 5 business days before you can lodge a complaint. Then they will say they need 5 business to investigate. After that they said they need 10 business days. And it goes on, as it seems until you give up. This is clever scam of duping a small (not sure if at all small in the long run) set of customers and steal their money

To be honest this platform is totally scam.
I would strongly advise everyone not to use Olymp Trade. This platform is fraudulent and unsafe. They blocked my account without any valid reason when it had around ₹15 lakh in it. Despite repeated attempts, I have received no support or resolution. Olymp Trade lures people with promises of easy trading but in reality, it dupes users and blocks accounts once significant money is deposited. Their customer service provides no genuine help and only delays. 👉 Please be cautious and avoid Olymp Trade completely. It is not a trustworthy or safe trading platform.

Olymp trade is a scam I made a withdrawal of 17 USD on Friday and until today I did not get my money. The mistake I made was depositing funds into my Olymptrade account before checking for reviews. This trading platform is terrible. An absolute scam of a trading platform. I deposited over N50,000 into my Olymptrade account. After trading for a while and realising that the platform keeps making me loose my trades,I decided to withdraw my money. It's been hours now,and my funds are not yet deposited into my bank account. Their customer care is zero. No replies. Nothing.
