I’ve been using Olymp Trade for a while, and my experience has been fairly balanced. The platform is easy to navigate and offers a good range of trading tools for beginners. However, sometimes the execution speed and withdrawal times could be improved. Customer support is responsive, but not always consistent in providing detailed answers. Overall, it’s a decent broker if you’re just starting out, but experienced traders might find it a bit limited

To be honest this platform is totally scam.
I would strongly advise everyone not to use Olymp Trade. This platform is fraudulent and unsafe. They blocked my account without any valid reason when it had around ₹15 lakh in it. Despite repeated attempts, I have received no support or resolution. Olymp Trade lures people with promises of easy trading but in reality, it dupes users and blocks accounts once significant money is deposited. Their customer service provides no genuine help and only delays. 👉 Please be cautious and avoid Olymp Trade completely. It is not a trustworthy or safe trading platform.

Dear Olymp Trade Team, I have noticed that real markets (Forex, indices, stocks, commodities) are not given the same priority as OTC markets on the platform. While OTC is useful for 24/7 trading, many traders prefer real markets because they reflect global events, have higher transparency, and build more trust. Olymp trade is a scam I made a withdrawal of 17 USD on Friday and until today I did not get my money. They send me a email that I must wait for 5 business days till today I haven't received my money (I wanted to check first are they a trusted broker ). They are a scam They just sent me even a wrong email today say that my 18 usd has been processed of which on the first email they sent me they said they are processing my 17 dollar And the last time I checked I did not withdraw 18 dollars I with 17 dollar. The mistake I made was depositing funds into my Olymptrade account before checking for reviews. This trading platform is terrible. An absolute scam of a trading platform. I deposited over N50,000 into my Olymptrade account. After trading for a while and realising that the platform keeps making me loose my trades,I decided to withdraw my money. It's been hours now,and my funds are not yet deposited into my bank account. Their customer care is zero. No replies. Nothing. Now to you Olymptrade, process my withdrawals into my bank account now or face legal actions. Here's my Olymptrade account ID (36025920).

This Olimptrade 85% must be increased atleast to 89% , although their offer percentage is less than their competitors ,but Olimptrate is a registered Company. many binary brokers are not registered we thank you that Olimptrade is registered which means they are care about their traders and traders are safe ,in this platform. Focus on reputable binary brokers to be safe like Olimptrate , in time of dispute Olimptrate came with good resolution and they paid because they are registered, if the unregistered company choose to unpay your withdrawal you can't go anywhere you loose because they are not registered don't be fooled about their good platform. Pathetic application and pathetic customer support with standard replies. They are not processing my withdrawal and not providing any details. Moreover, I cannot make further withdrawal request since one is pending. Their support team use the same scripted replies and also shared misinformation regarding the withdrawals. No escalation matrix, no one to hear your concerns and get them addressed. Very frustrating!
My account id 69849616, deposit of USD 30 on 27th July 2025 not credited to my account till date. Customer support and account team keeps asking for updated bank statements And every task they want 5 days time this is how 35 days have passed. They want to check my account instead of checking their account statement They keep writing same standard text reply. Be careful when you deposit money if something goes wrong you are stuck with standard text reply in email as well as customer support. Same standard text reply again
I deposited ₦35,000 into Olymp Matix, which presents itself as connected to Olymp Trade. The platform refused to show proper charts, forced trades that wiped out half my account, and then blocked my withdrawal request for my remaining ₦5,000. Although Olymp Matix claims to be a separate platform, in practice it operates around the Olymp Trade system. This creates the impression that they are connected, and many users (myself included) were misled into trusting it. Based on my experience, the setup did not feel like real forex trading but more like a system designed for people to lose money. I would strongly caution anyone considering Olymp Matix (or anything promoted as an “extension” of Olymp Trade) to think twice before depositing funds. My experience was a complete loss. This is unusual because forex markets worldwide are only open five days a week—from Sunday night to Friday night. Only crypto trades 24/7. My time using olymptrade has been frustrating the plform sometimes feels unclear and withdrawals are slower than expcted I think olymptrade needs to improve if they want to gain more trust
