Pathetic application and pathetic customer support with standard replies. They are not processing my withdrawal and not providing any details. Moreover, I cannot make further withdrawal request since one is pending. Their support team use the same scripted replies and also shared misinformation regarding the withdrawals. No escalation matrix, no one to hear your concerns and get them addressed. Very frustrating!
My account id 69849616, deposit of USD 30 on 27th July 2025 not credited to my account till date. Customer support and account team keeps asking for updated bank statements And every task they want 5 days time this is how 35 days have passed. They want to check my account instead of checking their account statement They keep writing same standard text reply. Be careful when you deposit money if something goes wrong you are stuck with standard text reply in email as well as customer support. Same standard text reply again
I deposited ₦35,000 into Olymp Matix, which presents itself as connected to Olymp Trade. The platform refused to show proper charts, forced trades that wiped out half my account, and then blocked my withdrawal request for my remaining ₦5,000. Although Olymp Matix claims to be a separate platform, in practice it operates around the Olymp Trade system. This creates the impression that they are connected, and many users (myself included) were misled into trusting it. Based on my experience, the setup did not feel like real forex trading but more like a system designed for people to lose money. I would strongly caution anyone considering Olymp Matix (or anything promoted as an “extension” of Olymp Trade) to think twice before depositing funds. My experience was a complete loss. My main concern with Olymp Matrix is that the chart froze while my account was active, and trades started running out of control. This led to my funds being used in ways I did not authorize. My account ID: 130090882 Also, I noticed your platform allows forex trading on weekends. This is unusual because forex markets worldwide are only open five days a week—from Sunday night to Friday night. Only crypto trades 24/7. This makes me believe the weekend activity is a fake price feed. Simple.
My time using olymptrade has been frustrating the plform sometimes feels unclear and withdrawals are slower than expcted I think olymptrade needs to improve if they want to gain more trust

All the positive reviews are fake and purchased all the influencer are being paid by them to bring new stupid people to waste there money with them. Please no one should waste your money with them, Well show me a single profitable trader in your 120m users , everyone is loss .. it’s gambling platform, i have deleted all my accounts, i don’t need your useless customer service who doesn’t have enough information. Also one more thing i lost many withdrawal due to single withdrawal in many ARN mean you split it in may withdrawal as i requested for single . Totally useless platform
