Excellent team support, particularly with withdrawals
The support guy really helped me out to understand how copy trading really works. It’s not that hard, i was just misunderstanding some concepts...

worst company in all manners, must consider reading this review, this is scam broker, dont trust the reviews with good feedback, they are paid reviews, check all of them have only 1 review, lol, this is no coincidence but proven that all profiles are either fake or paid reviews, here are things you must consider before doing business with scam broker ironfx they have high spreads, higher than all the brokers in the industry, they doesnt process withdrawal they threat you if you tell them you will expose them, they will stop your withdrawal just like mine, they are not processing my withdrawal confirmed scam broker account number 23290048 now they are asking me to wait for another 24 hours as the weekend has started to infact wait another 4 days to get the withdrawal such a scam broker
Rubbish broker, slow transactions, bad spread, and their 100% deposit bonus is completely useless because you have to share your profits 50/50 with this stupid broker.
Ironfx gives access to a bunch of forex pairs, I trade EURUSD but the spread isn’t the best.

Despite i am an old and very regular customer to them, they closed my account suddenly and made it zero balance. I am not a big trader. They did this scam just for 350 usd. can you trust them to invest more? no way. ATTENTION SCAM UPDATE : Iron FX reply all to give a good impression like they dont do SCAM. but they do. I will start a legal complaint about them despite the amount is not big. I dont want to let them do this scam to other people. Pay attention your money is never safe with them.

Be carfull every one ! Once you deposit you money , you will never get it back i swer .. this company is a biiig scammer . With prouve !!! BE CARFULL

So you're telling me that news trading is allowed with no restrictions? Say less, I'm in

Trading on this platform has been good especially for someone like me just starting out…the tools works really nicely.

Best resources on how to be come a trader. They are all most ly in english but thats fine I can translate some and some understand. The quality is high and the amount is big. Helps a lot thank you.

Eur rising vs dollar, even I managed to profit off it finally. Some of the easiest trades here.

Saw it here too, and my experience too: email support is better. They are long-read all the time and response there. The chat is noat as good yes, but still good enoguh to me wit them, fast at least.

I was onboarded into a trading account with IronFX through what I believed was a legitimate, UK-regulated broker. The website looked professional, the affiliate was UK-facing, and the FCA entity, Notesco UK Ltd, appeared to oversee it all. What I didn’t know was that I was being quietly funneled into their offshore Bermuda entity, a setup clearly designed to evade regulation and accountability. When I eventually complained about their conduct, including misleading onboarding, unauthorised promotion, and complete failure to carry out basic suitability checks, the UK entity refused to take responsibility. They’ve hidden behind legal technicalities and ignored my messages, including multiple live chat follow-ups where I was literally left talking to myself after uploading evidence. I even submitted a formal request for my trading history under UK GDPR, and received no response. They process UK users’ data, promote to UK residents, and take UK money, but when it comes to accountability, silence. Their behaviour is disgraceful. This isn’t just poor service, it’s calculated regulatory evasion, and it’s cost people like me life-changing amounts of money. IronFX operates like a shell game, flashy ads, offshore traps, and a UK entity that pretends to know nothing when things go wrong. Avoid them, report them, warn others. Response to IronFX’s Reply: IronFX, I won’t hold my breath. I submitted a formal complaint to your UK compliance department, who have failed to respond or adhere to your own published complaints procedure — which is regulated under FCA rules. I also contacted your offshore compliance team, and again, received no reply. To make matters worse, my assigned account manager blocked me on WhatsApp without explanation shortly after I began raising concerns, a completely unprofessional move that speaks volumes about your handling of client issues. I have since reported your firm to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and raised the matter with the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). The FOS has confirmed that they will take on my complaint if it is not resolved within 8 weeks of the original submission date, which they identified as 18/08/2025. They have reviewed your UK entity’s regulatory obligations and confirmed that, despite my trading account being with your offshore operation, your FCA-authorised UK firm is still responsible for dealing with this complaint under DISP and PRIN rules. To be absolutely clear: Engaging in unauthorised regulated activity is a criminal offence under FSMA 2000. Your UK affiliate, Billions FX, promoted your offshore services to me, a UK resident, thereby invalidating any “reverse solicitation” defence. This resulted in you unlawfully onboarding me under an entity that is not authorised to service UK clients. Under Section 26 of FSMA 2000, this makes the agreement unenforceable, and I am legally entitled to reclaim all money paid under it. Unless you wish to escalate this matter to the regulators and courts, I strongly recommend that you respond to the complaint and resolve it appropriately. Otherwise, the matter will proceed to the Financial Ombudsman or legal enforcement through my solicitor. Response to second reply: You’re now repeating the same generic response without addressing the core issue of my complaint: your offshore entity (IronFX.com) was promoted to me via affiliate marketing in clear breach of the reverse solicitation exemption. At the time, I had no understanding of these regulatory rules. However, I have now gathered clear legal evidence proving that your affiliate promoted your services into the UK unlawfully, and that your onboarding disclosures failed to meet the requirements expected of a firm with FCA obligations. This is no longer just a review, this is part of a formal complaint. If you continue to issue misleading responses instead of resolving this, I will escalate this FCA and legal authorities. Attempting to ignore or suppress my review only strengthens the case against you. As per my response via email, my complaint in 2020 lacked legal substance, my complaint now has no relation to the previous complaint, this is a completely separate complaint with new evidence and legal substance, so I suggest you deal with it and address it with the seriousness it deserves, or further escalation will include regulatory involvement. As previously mentioned via email, this is your opportunity to address the violations appropriately to show the FCA your non compliance has been addressed, by continuing to deny my claim with the new evidence that clearly shows illegal onboarding and regulatory violations, you are only proving a continued disregard for the rules which will go against you with my FCA case.
Their service overall is very poor. The only thing about them that is quick is their customer service. But very slow response in other areas including finances

No hasstle withdrawals are becoming a rare thing, which is a bit concerning. At no point did they ask me to complete any conditions before I can make a payment request or anything of the sort. I did have to resort to using bank wire though. Well, at least there is no commission on that

Let me start with a recommendation… this is a reliable platform that runs smoothly without any weird surprises or hiccups. The account options are their strong suit. There are really interesting account types, innovative and unique, with creative trading conditions. And of course if you are not into this, the standard account is doing an excellent job. Also, I must admit that I was impressed by their trading academy… I wish there were brokers like this when I was starting out with my trading journey, it would have made everything easier for me

A platform that isn’t regulated is not one I would trade with or even have anything to do with, so trading with this broker is because I trust them and they’ve been proven beyond doubt to be worth it. The withdrawals are also simple and secure so I trust it,

I never thought I would say that but their trading academy made a good impression on me. I thought since I’ve been trading for a substantial period of time and know everything about financial markets, I don’t need to study something new anymore. Nonetheless, after watching their online webinars I was impressed with the quality of education and learned new things. Luckily, it was a customer service recommendation, they told me that I should pay attention to this and then it started. Maybe one day I’ll visit their expo somewhere and get the chance to meet Melanie to ask her a few questions about trading. 👉👈

Idk but here I got my previous expectations crushe about support, becasue the last places ive been client didnt have proper communicaiton with clients. but here it was nice to get some respect and some actual answers to my questions. this was actually one of the reasons I signed up in the first place, and I am actually happy to be a client here.
