Great and fast service
I do not have a good deposit experience with this firm so far. I do hope to fund and trade as a diversification - what I face instead is that after I made a deposit with QR code the website turn into "This site can’t be reached secure.trading.com’s DNS address could not be found. Diagnosing the problem. DNS_PROBE_POSSIBLE". The fund is there with their partner but ICtrading insist it is "incomplete" . and "Unfortunately, we cannot complete the transactions for you. If the issue persists please try using a different card or deposit method. " I wonder how this is going to get solved? I do have the right to panic and wonder whether I will get the funds for trading or even for withdrawal. It is not a good first time experience with this firm no matter how it has been promoted. I will update my review if it ever get solved - you have been warned everyone Updated - they fixed this matter in less than 6 hours. This is really impressive. As someone who have used IC market before - this is really good and efficient
