Low spread, low taxes and good customer relations
Direct response and quick resolution. This issue should have been resolved via web chat, but it wasn't difficult via email.
They resolve requests quickly.

I could not open an account on the Website of IC trading. Due to technical isseus I quess. Through the chat I was helped in an instand. All set and done in minutes. This is what traders want. :-)
Without a doubt, the IC trading team is the best one out there. I presented them a problem and within minutes it was fixed. It seems like they got this «No Problem» attitude; they always try to what they can. I been in this business for well over 10 years, and they are second to none when it comes to support.
I have had multiple interaction with the live support team of IC Trading, impeccably fast response time and hands-on, effective, to-the-point help had been delivered in each case. I have been with IC Trading since the time it was IC Markets in 2018/2019, and so I far I have found it to be one of the Best Trading Platforms around. I have not had any issues with them and they are always quick to assist when needing assistance.
