Very smooth and great trading conditions. Never had a problem with deposits and withdrawals.
It's so difficult to work with them. Their response is slow, the call center people are not helpful, high commissions.
IC trading used to be a very good broker but it is not anymore. Slippage is huge compared with other more reliable brokers. Do not waste your time with them and look for better options.
They dont want to pay my deposit money. Have been depositing back in December and traded for a while. I decided to withdraw because their trading conditions are awfull. They dont even want to give back my deposit money stating that my wallet is not aproved when I have provided all the necessary documentation, spoked with them on the phone, sent them over 25 emails and my deposit wallet address is aproved in client portal. Their customer service is terible and not willing to pay you, only to take your money. Avoid at all costs. They only replyed to my request after I gave them bad feedback on Trustpilot, so for this thank you Trustpilot!!! ...and encourage any trader that has to deal with scammers like IC Trading to expose them.
Actualy ict is a good broker, but for KYC ist really hard, i need one month to get approved. Should be they fix it this and dont ask many document additional even like a gambling document..
This was the worst experience verifying an account. I've used many brokers, including IC Markets, but this was the most unreasonable. Several proof-of-residency documents were rejected. It's ridiculous. Maybe this broker will come to my house to be sure. Go ahead.

This broker so weird the verification method is the most worst compare to other broker they are like unprofesional and no solution for this issue
