Last week, I withdrew USDT to my BitMart wallet. Immediately after the funds were received, my BitMart wallet was suspended. I was informed that the funds originating from FxPro were suspected to be connected to money laundering, resulting in the freezing of my crypto wallet. I have been requesting clarification from FxPro for the past five days, but have yet to receive any response. Allegations of money laundering are extremely serious and cannot be taken lightly. UPDATED 19 January They continue to brush me off and refuse to provide me with any response. As a result of their actions, my wallet containing tens of thousands of U.S. dollars has been frozen. Despite more than two weeks having passed, I have still received no reply whatsoever. This is not a minor issue. I have already consulted legal counsel regarding enforceable legal actions. Given that they have a physical presence in Malaysia, I am prepared to seek assistance from the police.

Keep your hands off this company! Making a deposit is quite simple. However, it is impossible to make a straightforward withdrawal. After refusing a straightforward withdrawal, which is a typical request, I don't trust them even though I was fully KYC confirmed. They ask for further personal information and claim it's for my safety and i didn't give to them. They refuse to return my money in a straightforward manner! These are techniques used by the mafia. I filed a few lawsuits to get my money released from captivity.

The site for margin u can see there example the margin required for opening Gold is 0.02usd . But see how this guys are big scammers they published the margin requirements in their official site but in CASE U WANT TO TRADE DURING NEWS EXAMPLE NFP . MAYBE U HAVE 5USD IN THE ACCOUNT AND U ARE SURE THAT THE MONEY IS ENOUGH FOR OPENING THE GOLD POSITION SINCE THE MARGIN REQUIREMENTS IS 0.02 USD . This broker charges the highest cost for trading and has the worst tech support of all! I like to use the Trading Central analytic view indicator on the MT5, and I needed to open a live account with them to use this indicator. It takes me many weeks to install, as nobody in their tech support department has any clue how this works. After using this indicator, we get a new issue, and they again, after many weeks, have no clue how to help me and blame me for not installing it the correct way. I sent many emails with screenshots about the issue and what is shown. Also, I send step-by-step screenshots showing how I resite all these indicators and what I do, and what it all shows. That is also not enough for them, as they want me to hire a film crew and film what I do! I have been using this indicator for many years, and I have installed this on many different brokers' MT4 and 5 platforms, so i know what i do. But because they have no clue, it is easier for this limited tech support to blame me. They don't even care that i now closed my account and am looking for another broker with the same MT5 platform and Trading Central indicator, as now they are happy that they don't need to fix this. So better look for a broker with good support, as i am sure this is not the only issue they have with their traders, as their management does not care how their support deals with their traders! Update: now I am already all week busy with a simple withdrawal! You need to do all the same KYC and verifications again, which you also needed to do when you opened the account. Now they don't accept my bank where I send the money from! They were ok when I funded my account, but now they're not! This is the worst broker in the world, and they do everything not to send your money back! Second update! My card has not expired at all! You ask for the bank account statements, and they are not approved, as i get a new disapproval withdrawal request. You, people, make everything a bad experience that takes too long, and all support agents do not care and keep asking for new things, only to delay simple withdrawal requests.

Very poor support. I have completed the registration, but a support staff member called and said that I must verify and cross-check information over the phone. I did not agree, and he said that if I don’t verify by phone, I won’t be able to trade. Why is phone verification necessary? This is the first time I’ve seen a broker require personal information to be cross-checked over the phone when everything has already been fully verified on the website using technology. and they did not reply by email

I was trading an Asian Session strategy making 1%-2% ROI per session, and was requested to stop after a few weeks trading, it seems FXPro does not welcome Clients it can not profit off or hedge to market. Look at the generic section of their T&Cs they use to cover themselves and get away scot free whilst closing down accounts: " Section 22.2 ‘FxPro may terminate the Agreement, for whatever reason, by giving the Client at least 7 (seven) days’ written notice, specifying the termination date and any open positions will be closed by the Firm, as the Firm deems fit " Unfortunately I must move on to use other Brokers, if Client is losing money at FXPro, all is fine! Update: FXPro knows my details and who I am, simply responding that email address does not match database or they wish to help the case is a pathetic attempt to save face, just simply admit that FXPro does not welcome profitable trading.

The gold spread is very high and is not suitable for scalping at all. In addition, when closing positions, the profit and loss change unfavorably, which makes it unsuitable for trading with large volumes.

Proven Scammers. They terminated my account because I found out, All Evidence is proven and you can check in the reviews below, however Truspilot this website doesn't like/let any bad reviews of defamatory content. Fxpro are absolutely crapping themselves and so scared, they the whole time never answered the problem, or ever even addressed it or looked at it. Imagine that. To make sure this review gets seen. What does anyone think about all that without saying. They have so far terminate my account to hide their crimes, they used every single contact they had, they went super-crazy on shutting me down and this down and so is trustpilot, I wonder why? truspilot says don't tell the truth we are not allowed to put it on here. What else can we do? I am currently still trying to get my money back, they so-far now will not give it to me no matter what I do, because they are uncontactable and they just sday my account is terminated so no-oone will help. Haha, how bad is Fxpro and Truspilot........ haha, trustpilot said that hard--------------------on is bad language. So i had to change it. How stupid is trustpilot, or think of what they are yourself so this review gets seen and they don't cut it. Why do you think trustpilot is fair? Even if they put this up. Fxpro is stealing money non-stop right now. So is trustpilot. They are views for the public to decide, they are not defamotory views, they are the truth about a review site and on a review site about a company stealing millions Fxpro and currently getting away with it.

My account number is 530115483, so no one can say I am writing a review without legitimate facts. I opened my FxPro account a week ago and was very excited to work with one of the most reputable companies in the world, however, my experience with them and their customer service was very unpleasant. When I wanted to deposit my 10,000 USD, it took literally SECONDS for the amount to be confirmed and deposited into my account. 5 days later when I wanted to withdraw my profits (only 200$), it took ONE WEEK for the amount to be credited into my debit card. How come deposits are that fast while withdrawals are that slow ? When I spoke to their customer service rep on WhatsApp, the only answer I got "This is our process". I have everything documented by the way.. Also, this week I wanted to withdraw my weekly profits which were also only 200$, and they deprived me to withdraw through Suyool and insisted that I can only withdraw through Crypto, saying this is the deposit method and the withdrawal method should match! Why is that not mentioned anywhere ? The funniest thing is that whenever I try to deposit and the deposit fails, they reach out to me via WhatsApp so fast, trying to "help me" solve the issue and find other ways for deposits, but when I wanted to withdraw, I was literally begging for an answer or for anyone to speak to me.... Yesterday I withdrew all my capital from FxPro and moved to my former broker. Yes, FxPro remains a top company but with such low level of service, people will always choose different brokers to work with. You are a top broker, but you are not the only one in the industry, please remember that!

I’m reaching out regarding a very serious issue that is affecting my trading performance. My FxPro account repeatedly logs out of TradingView every few seconds and always ask for re-authentication, even in the middle of active trades. This is causing constant interruptions, chart freezes, and in several cases, it has made me lose trades simply because the platform disconnected at a critical moment. As traders, I believe we should have full control over how our accounts are operated. For context, even Binance, which has very strict security measures only requires re-authentication once every 5 days. But FxPro disconnects me from TradingView multiple times per minute, which is unreasonable and makes consistent trading impossible. I want to make it very clear that: • I prefer to use TradingView, • I do not want to be advised to switch to MT5 or another platform, • I simply need a stable connection between FxPro and TradingView without continuous forced logouts and re-authentication. Please you guy's should permanently disable or extend this automatic logout behaviour on your side. I need a solution that ensures stable, uninterrupted TradingView connectivity while using my FxPro account. This issue is extremely disruptive. and i really dislike it, I would appreciate urgent resolution to this issue.

That’s good when I using FxPro, the platform, spread all nice. But when I try to request withdrawal, they keep rejecting without giving any reason. I email to the support email also no response more than 3 days, they keep saying I lack some documents, and don’t tell me what’s it. Even though I submitted phone ownership proof, they also don’t try to call me for verification to let me request withdrawal. I can’t find any one assistance me in live chat, keep telling me to wait.

FxPro is a horrible company They keep asking me for more and more money to get my withdrawal. I have paid them 10s of thousands of dollars Now I’m in financial ruins!! With nothing in return Every time they need the do something they want more money from me! I’m so broke now. I need my withdrawal They are so heartless and uncaring people. I’m a widow. I started this to try to help my life. Now I’m in the worst financial situation in my whole life because of this awful company that won’t give me MY money unless I pay them more money that I don’t have!!!!

Makes sense to go with this account if you trade FX and gold Because there's no markup on spreads, and you pay $3.5 per lot as a commission that's it.

I was reviewing all the reviews before experiencing the broker and little doubted however when I personally use the broker and found it very professional support team and deposit withdrawal are done so smoothly. As the overall experience was so good . The most negative reviews i found here is complaints regarding withdrawal as the new trader does not know the rules for the initial deposit and withdrawal as the initial deposit must be withdrawn to the same account or method on which it has been deposited.

Thanks for your generic reply, FxPro. I’ve already read your “No Dealing Desk” explanation — but my personal trading experience clearly contradicts it. When I started trading with FxPro, there was no slippage at all. Everything was smooth and instant. However, once my account became profitable, sudden and constant negative slippage began to appear on almost every trade — even during normal market conditions and low volatility. There has never been a single case of positive slippage, which clearly shows that execution is not as transparent as you claim. I have video recordings and detailed trade logs proving that these slippages are consistently against my trades. This is not about volatility or liquidity — it’s about manipulation in execution. Your public statement here is misleading, and I encourage other traders to monitor their executions carefully once they become profitable. I’m also keeping all evidence for independent review.

Ive heard about fxpro long time ago when it was a sponsor of fulham fc. i think that was the reason i started trading with it, the reputation of the broker is clean
