If no trading operations have occurred on your trading account, you can transfer it to our partner group. To proceed, submit a written request. For guidance, refer to the example letter provided below.
Once you receive confirmation from FxPro that the new trading account group has been changed, you can make an internal transfer of funds from the old account to the new one using the FxPro Wallet.
Once your trading account has been transferred to our partner group, please send us an email notification support@globegain.com. This is necessary to speed up the approval of the invoice in our system.
If there were trading operations on the trading account
If there were trading operations on the trading account, you need to open a new trading account to receive rebates. To do this, you need to enter the FxPro client profile (FxPro Direct), and in the "My accounts" section, click "Open a trading account". After a trading account has been opened, a written request must be sent. An example of a letter is shown on the right.
