I am extremely dissatisfied with the way this company handles its operations and customer support. I made a deposit using USDT, yet the withdrawal was processed via credit card without my consent. When I attempted to escalate the issue, there was no escalation process available or offered. Despite being a loyal customer who has spent over $50,000 with the company, I was treated with complete disregard. The lack of accountability and respect for high-value clients is both disappointing and unacceptable.
My trading style has changed and using the word trading is not proper, i guess. I grind gold on their raw+ acc... pip by pip :)
MT5 mobile app is nice, not memory consuming, responds well, vrery; user-centric... i use it its RSI and ATR howeer spreads get wide in some sessions, too volatile to me... 🤷♂️
I opened a trading account with FXPro and during my first week, I made around $120,000 in profit. Everything seemed fine at first, but right after that, the platform started adding extreme slippage to my trades. It began with trades over 10 lots, then over 5 lots, and finally it affected every single trade — even small positions. I noticed up to 100 pips slippage applied when opening or closing positions. This is not normal market behavior. It clearly looks like intentional manipulation once the account becomes profitable. As a trader with years of experience, I have never seen such unfair practices from a broker claiming to be “No Dealing Desk”. If you care about transparency and fair trading conditions, be very cautious before depositing your money with FXPro. My experience turned from great to terrible in just a week.

At last decent trading broker who won't let me down in the middle of something big. I'm not someone who trades with 50 or 100 deposits. Believe me my account has many more zeros. Conditions super: 1) They offer small commission with rebates 2) Enhanced fund's protection 3) Execution without slippages, true ndd model It's hard to complaining when you get such quality service
I never thought I'd be writing a review like this. I was excited to start investing in crypto, and FxPro looked like a good place to start. It all seemed smooth at first, nice website, decent communication, until I tried to make a withdrawal. That's when everything fell apart. I got hit with endless delays and excuses. Then they stopped replying altogether. I felt helpless and humiliated. It was about the complete lack of responsibility and human decency. Thanks to Zeedra for bringing me out of it.

For the very first time I made a withdrawal from my account of 70k and initially it was approved then later I got a message it was disapproved and my fund that I transferred disappeared. Right now St am p LIFE still remains the best place for all investors due to the quality services they provide.
My withdrawal wasn't paid due to a different mobile number. Be careful, FX Pro is just trying to steal your deposit money.

This is misleading and unethical. So please stop deceiving people from these regions by implying they are protected under the same regulatory framework. You won’t be able to refute this because I’m stating facts — and this isn’t just about you, it’s a widespread issue among many brokers. Furthermore, it’s unacceptable that brokers like FXPro promote their EU licenses while onboarding clients through offshore entities that offer no real protection. This creates a false sense of security and exposes traders to significant risks — including withdrawal delays, account blocks, and lack of legal recourse. We will be filing a formal complaint and raising awareness about this practice. Transparency and accountability should not be optional.
left a long trade open on monday, decided to leave it open for a few days , was in a good profit then when market closed price just created the biggest spread , bigger than the whole daily candle and took all the profits and took my sl which was very very very far away from the price , waited a whole day for price to move but i got taken out in less than 3 minutes because of that spread, price does not even go along with the global markets like the other brokers , it tends to create its own wicks on most major and minor currencies, if u look at most of the brokers, there market is wayyy to different than these markets on fxpro, so for that reason i’m done trading with fxpro , it was good back in 2023 but now it’s just dead , there is no customer service also , u will get a reply after waiting gor atleast 2 days , i wish i could have shown screenshots of what happend but i don’t see the option to submit a photo

14/9/2025 Made a deposit via a their so called instant method only to see my funds leave my bank account and not reflect in my FXPRO wallet!!! nearly and hour after the deposit and still nothing!! , trying to get the funds credited is another arduous and frustrating task, all while the trading opportunity has gone. so moral of the story rather use a more efficient and reliable broker as the service here is not up to much *** Update ****** 4 days later and still waiting, i have provided all proofs of deposit and still nothing showing in my wallet and nothing returned to my bank account!!! shall be reporting this broker to the relevant authorities, banks etc should funds not be received back today. *** Update ***After i send them my FSCA ref number for case opened, suddenly funds arrive 1!! will update all as to how my withdrawal goes if we in for another 4 day ordeal .

They are selling the position of each clients separately, not as pool. Not good experience, very unprofitable with these broker, only loose trades. The price sometimes moves quite strange. Good think spreads are tight between 0:00 AM and 1:00 AM, thus not affecting selling position by spread if kept overnight. I couldn't reply so i write here. Prove it, if you speak about transparency, not just a statement from your site. For example, for today between 13:40 and 13:45 GMT. Show the ticket provided to your liquidity providers (it should not be a secret. It's past already, you can close the names, bur keeping the info that it really would prove your statement). I think for that period of time it would be difficult to hedge the opened client position internally. Otherwise are only words from your side
i did an agreement with them as an IB with PNL with a manager called Lazar according to this contract they had to pay me 10k because my clients lost more than 50k but they used me and they didn't pay and hide wards inside the contract without telling me don't deal with them run away liars
