If there were trading operations on the trading account

If there were trading operations on the trading account, you need to open a new trading account to receive rebates. To do this, you need to enter the FxPro client profile (FxPro Direct), and in the "My accounts" section, click "Open a trading account". After a trading account has been opened, a written request must be sent. An example of a letter is shown on the right.

Once you receive confirmation from FxPro that the new trading account group has been changed, you can make an internal transfer of funds from the old account to the new one using the FxPro Wallet.

What documents do I need to provide for account verification?

To verify your identity, you must provide a copy of a valid passport, national ID or driver's license.
Proof of your residence is also required - a document issued by a third party within the last six months showing your address and name. In your FxPro account, you can also find a list of documents and your current verification status.

What is the minimum deposit amount?

The minimum deposit amount is 100 USD, however, it is recommended to start trading with a minimum initial deposit of 1'000 USD.

What is FxPro Wallet and why is it needed?

FxPro Wallet is a personal risk management tool that allows you to easily deposit and withdraw funds. You can also use it to transfer funds between trading accounts in just a few clicks. Compared to funding a trading account, funding the FxPro wallet has the following advantage: there are no risks associated with current open positions on the trading account.

How do I fund my FxPro account?

Wire transfer, broker-to-broker transfer, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit / credit cards, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller and a number of other methods depending on your country of residence. Please note that the withdrawal of funds must be carried out using the same method that was used for the deposit.

How do I add more homescreen widgets in FxPro Edge?

Click the "+" button in the sidebar. You can also move widgets, change their order, and resize.

Why is the 'Change Position' button inactive if I want to place Stop Loss or Take Profit for an open position?

You may have placed your SL or TP levels too close to the current price. It is also possible that the levels were set on the wrong side of the current price.
For short positions, the SL should be set above the current market price and TP below the current market price.

What exchange rates do you use when converting?

For its clients, FxPro uses the most competitive exchange rates on the market.
When transferring from Wallet to a trading account in another currency, or from trading accounts to Wallet in another currency, the conversion is performed at the rate that is visible in the pop-up window when the payment is confirmed.

How to withdraw funds if the card from which the account was replenished is no longer active?

Usually, within 6 months after the cancellation of the card, banks allow certain types of operations, including refunds.
Since when withdrawing funds to the card, the withdrawal is carried out in the form of a return of a previously made deposit, the withdrawal will be made to the same card, even if canceled. In this case, the funds will be transferred to a new card linked to the same bank account.
If the account linked to the card is closed, then you need to send a confirmation of account closure to the Financial Department of FxPro accounting@fxpro.com

How long will it take for funds to be credited to a bank account?

Withdrawal requests are processed by FxPro Finance within 1 business day. But the terms for crediting are different depending on the method of payment.
In the case of international bank transfers, it may take 3 to 5 business days for funds to be credited. SEPA payments and local bank transfers will be credited within 2 business days.
Debit / credit card transfers are processed within one business day, but funds are generally credited within 5-7 business days .
When using all other methods, funds, as a rule, appear on the account within 1 business day.
