Scammers Please stay away as far as possible, all the profits I made, they took it claiming, they give me a 50% bonus, therefore, any profits I made, they will take 50% which doesn't make sense. I deposited £300 and they gave me a bonus of £300, so I expected that that is what they will deduct, but I noticed that, they deducted £500 from my total balance of £1062. This is very unreasonable and unfair. You are a theive, you are stealing people profits, what is the point of your company? Further more, they only allowed me to withdraw my deposit, but when I attempted to withdraw the remaining profits, they denied me, what a horrible company, this company are stealing people profits, unbelievable. I have an update on my case. Fx giant reached out to me and they said, I should clear up the cache and maybe try using another device. This was my reply below: Dear Sir/Madame, I used a different device to login and attempted a withdrawal request, but when it came to selecting the bank, the drop down menu is not available, it doesn't show anything . Please fix your system to enable withdrawal. Why did it work the first time? But didn't work the second time? Why confused your customers and frustrate them, so I worked hard to achieve success and you don't want me to enjoy the fruits of my labour, my sweat, my blood? So what is the point of your existence as a company? I am seriously confused? I am praying that God will visit you people swiftly. Please release my £251, I did work hard to earn it. Hi, I placed a first withdrawal request, and I was successful, but it is not allowing me to place a second withdrawal request. It is not displaying anything when I came to the page of selecting bank. When I click on "Please Select" nothing is displaying, only blank page. Please fix up your system so that I can withdraw this weekend.
Had a minor issue with my first deposit but the support sorted it quickly. Now all works perfectly with no issues.
Support is really active. Had some problem transferring brokers, I contacted their support and the issue was resolved quickly with chat support. Thanks All Good now.
Not the greatest I had with a Forex broker, but also not the worst one for sure. First impressions are not so bad, let us see what will be the trading with them like.
I’ve been trying for days to get in contact with FXGiants with no success. I can’t access my account anymore after my password was changed, and none of my login details work. I have funds in the account and simply want to withdraw my money. I’ve chatted with them multiple times and was told that a manager would call me back, but that never happened. No follow-up, no solution, and no clear communication. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company. If you’re considering using FXGiants, I strongly advise you to double-check everything and be very cautious with your funds
This company does not allow you withdraw your profits. When i tried to withdraw my profits it not allowing me I have sent them several emails and screen shots but they said there will get back to me. I sent more than 20 emails. Until i checked then out and realised it's their usual modus operadi, it was deliberate action by them . There are many victims. Please be wise
I had an active trading account with FXGiants (Notesco Ltd, BVI), account number 1090009376. After several successful trades in gold, the broker suddenly removed my profit of $4,199.10 claiming “external hedging of bonus,” yet they never provided any evidence — no trade IDs, timestamps, or data to support this accusation. I contacted them multiple times by email, provided my MT4 statements, and asked for proof. Their final reply simply repeated the accusation and declared the decision “final” without explanation. This is unfair, non-transparent, and unacceptable behavior from a regulated company. I have now submitted a formal complaint to the BVI Financial Services Commission (FSC) for investigation. I advise other traders to be cautious and always verify broker credibility before depositing funds. Date of incident: 05.11.2025 Amount affected: $4,199.10 Update (12.November 2025): FXGiants replied publicly that my case was forwarded to their Complaints Department. I have already provided full documentation and will wait for their follow-up. Update 25.11.2025– Complaint Submitted to FSC BVI After FXGiants removed my profit of $4,199.10 without providing evidence, I submitted a formal complaint to the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (FSC). The FSC has acknowledged my case and requested the official Complaint Form, which I have completed and sent along with all supporting documents (MT4 statements, screenshots, emails, etc.). I will update this review once the FSC completes their investigation.

Giving them a middling-stars review right now. Trying to open an account with them; after opening the account & setting a password, I was unable to access my account for some inexplicable reason. THEN for some reason it was tricky to upload my residency verification documents. You can access your account via a PIN code, but I quickly ran out of the ones they'll let you have and had to wait another hour to be allowed to use this method to access my account. Found their live-chat useless. Don't want to say too much, and can't verify for how they are until I start trading. If they continue to mess me around I will just give up and try another lot! Not a good first experience for a newby I have to say.

customer service of the this broker is of high quality. Wont leave you with unanswered questions, and they are polite👍 It is good to know that not ony trading terms are good, but CS as well
I had to contact support few times and they did answer quick but not always with full detail info Sometimes I need to ask again so it take bit more time than I wish Anyway they polite and try help so in general not bad… the only thing they need to improve is to provide more human-like support instead of robotic and ready answers
I opened an account with FXGiants (Account No. 10900009936) and faced an issue with a recent trade. I was trading AUDNZD, and my position was closed at a price of 1.1190, even though the market price only reached a maximum of 1.1155, as shown in my trade history. The price did not hit 1.1190, making the execution seem inaccurate and unfair. I have reached out to their support team multiple times, but the matter has yet to be resolved. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of clarity and transparency. This has caused financial losses and left my account in an unresolved state. I would strongly advise caution when using this broker and hope they address my concerns promptly.
It is total SCAM! do not trust your money with them! I am trying withdraw my money unsuccessfully from over a month, my old card was terminated and when trying to do the transfer I keep receiving info the payment was declined by payment provider, I am in touch with the FXGiants "support" who are intentionally passing same stupid questions all over again and not doing anything besides that to return my money, thinking I get bored and let go. I provided them with all required screens, info and even bank document, and they keep coming with the same questions about it or about unsuccessful transaction stating all is fine. SCAM nothing else
can say its still a way better trading experience than most mobile traders out there, but when I downloaded mt4, its on a whole other level. I'm also not sure how to connext web app they have to the VPS hosting, but with desktop MT4, made it in no time. Spreads, ECN/STP, high leverage options... I think for manual trading, and bots trading, its a high quality choice.

This platform it’s a scam and don’t subscribe to it. They will contact you by telegram ask to deposit money. You will deposit money they will increase the money in few hours for you asked you to check your balance and after asking you to do a video reviews . they will say they can increase your balance to $50,000 . The next day if you try to withdraw any money all your balance are gone. Be very careful the video you are seeing it’s real but the account and balance it’s fake. Careful guys please. Scammers
Scammers... Following a negative review they replied here saying sometime will contact you. It's been a week. No response only to save face!! Stay away from them. Cannot contact them no one answers the line Take my money and keep it pretending that you have given it back..
Avoid FX Giants at all costs. I've tried calling multiple times with no response. They refuse to release my funds and ignore messages on live chat. This company is a complete scam — they’re quick to take your money, but make it impossible to withdraw it.

As someone who's tried way too many brokers , FXGiants wasn’t what I expected at first. Thought it’d delay mid-trade like others, but it didn’t. Platform has a fast order execution and doesn’t crash randomly, llike the excuses others make on volatility which is rare. It’s still early to tell how reliable it stays long-term, but so far, I haven’t seen anything sketchy. It’s holding up okay, just keeping an eye on how it evolves.
At minimum I can say for my payments…. I haven't yet faced a rejection or something wrong, once I wanted to withdraw. It was like two times, but still…
IT was easy to start trading here: * I registered * I opened accoutn and paid by card * I started trading Lol, this was it. Also I got a hefty bonus ;)
I’d say FXGiants reputation checks out. For me, what stood out was how consistent they’ve been no major issues , withdrawals always processed, and the spreads are decent enough for a trader. Never had any issues that made me question their credibility. If you’ve been trading for a bit and just want somewhere reliable without too much drama, FXGiants is solid it is also nicee
Well i was excited for todays gold trade especially with the news but the spread thing almost got me scared, thatnk goodness it wasnt bad
The deciding factor for me was the ability to make the initial deposit using bitcoin. I’m a big proponent of crypto and like to use it wherever I can. Still, when it comes to short term trading, cfds are definitely more convenient and cost-effective so I use them to get exposure to a more diverse range of markets
Had a issue with my account, contacted support. They was friendly, but response time was slow. Got my problem fixed, but it took longer than I expected. Trading conditions are okay, but I wish support was faster. But, FXGiants is decent, just needs better customer service.
