I have been trying to sort out a negative balance on my trading account for 5 days with FX, After 4 days of emails, they eventually responded to me after 4 days to say they would "reach out to me as soon as they have an update" but still offered no resolution on when and how they would sort my account out. They initiated this issue by asking me to contact support but can't be bothered to answer my enquiries, Really poor show on their behalf Andy
Gotta patch some things up here and there, and then it becomes much better. Like the blog, not bad, but still not enough... TO the positives: Like trading futures here, good options, and reasonable spreads on those. The account seleciton may look a little confusing in the beginning, but if you read careflly, all is there.
The staff service here is pretty FANTASTIC, they treat people well and they offer great reception and recommendations. The platform is also fast, i mean, the operating systems on trading here is mostly stress free.
I had to Look up the reviews before signing up. Mixed opinions out there, but my experience so far is okay. Spreads could be better, but no major red flags yet. Let’s see how it going.

FxGiants is a broker that one of my old friends recommended to me and that’s why I have no doubts about their reliability. I know that my friend has been cooperating with them for over 2 years. So it was a vital factor why I joined them also. I was surprised by the diversity of trading accounts. After reading the conditions of each of them, I chose the live floating spread account. I really don’t like to pay commissions and instead of that, I’m ready to trade with variable spreads even during a volatile market. I’m doing so well so far with FxGiants broker.
Fake reviews!!! They had another account on trustpilot where trustpilot themselves said it was suspended due to fake reviews. Can’t believe they created another company on here. This company is a scam and there’s a lot of information out there confirming this. They used to be called IronFX and did insider trading. There was a BBC documentary on them
When it comes to payment these are the only things traders want to know and hear and I am glad to be part of a platform that prioritizes this. I have different payments method to choose from and use but most importantly the process is FAST and EFFICIENT!
The metatrader 4 trading platform is the only platform which I’m able to use smoothly and I don’t know how other traders are able to adapt to other trading platforms because I was having stress when I was trying to understand how everything works. I should admit the speed of order execution is really fast and I wasn’t even able to blink an eye. It is cool in my opinion!
In the beginning, it seemedto me that the range of accounts was excessive, like you know, I didn't notice much differences between absolute zero and no commission accounts apart from the size of spreads. Still, eventually I sorted things out and opted for the absolute zero acc. Spreads are really tight, like major fx pairs are traded with ~1.5 pips in general, while leverage is up to 1:30 which is more than enough for my risk anagement. In general, I am quite satisfied with services provided by this broker. They are modern and convenient for me.🥹
