Karas Oleksii Account No. 22209088 Very disappointed with ePlanet Brokers. I have been unable to withdraw my funds for over a month. The company ignores my messages, does not respond to inquiries, and provides no clear explanation regarding the withdrawal status. Customer support is practically non-existent. I hope this issue will finally be resolved and my money returned.
My name is Dzhula Mykhailo and the account involved is Trading Account 11105608. I am publishing this review under my real name and account number because I am prepared to provide all evidence, including deposit confirmations, account statements, screenshots of conversations, and the complete trading history. I deposited $5,500 of my own funds into a newly opened account with ePlanet Brokers. On this account, I made only one trade using a standard breakout strategy with pending stop orders. Shortly after that single trade, my account was blocked. Instead of providing evidence, a compliance report, trade analysis, or any contractual basis for their actions, the company informed me that I would only be allowed to withdraw $1,081. The most disturbing part is that their account manager attempted to justify withholding my funds by claiming that I had allegedly engaged in arbitrage trading on another account in the past. However, this account was a completely new account with its own deposit and its own trading activity. The company has provided absolutely no evidence linking any alleged past activity to this account, nor any evidence that prohibited trading occurred here. When I requested proof, I received none. Instead, the account manager sent me messages stating: “If you’re not going to withdraw the $1,081, then don’t waste our time.” and “Your account will remain open for the next 30 minutes so that you can withdraw the $1,081. If you fail to do so within this time, your account will be closed again and you will lose this opportunity.” In other words, after depositing $5,500, making a single trade, and asking for evidence, I was pressured into accepting only $1,081 while the broker attempted to retain the remaining funds. To date, ePlanet Brokers has failed to provide: • Any evidence of arbitrage trading; • Any evidence of prohibited activity on this account; • Any compliance investigation report; • Any trade-by-trade analysis; • Any contractual clause authorizing the confiscation of my funds; • Any legal basis for withholding my deposit. Based on my experience, I have serious concerns regarding the handling of client funds by ePlanet Brokers. I strongly advise anyone considering depositing money with this company to conduct extensive due diligence and proceed with extreme caution. I will continue pursuing the recovery of my funds through regulatory complaints, public reporting, financial dispute channels, and all available legal remedies until this matter is resolved.

This broker isn't transparent. I only have one account with them. But they claim my account shares the same IP address. I asked for proof they didn't provide it. So I can't make a withdrawal on this broker. Be carefully guys.
