I have been trading with Eightcap for 2 years now, all I could say is the great broker. I am particulary pleased with the customer support. My Client Relationship Manager Mariana Marchovska contacts me regulary every month/two and asks me if I need any help. I have experience with several brokers, Eightcap is definitely the best.

i can say this the best broker i had used since 6 years now , allways helping me for any request , deposit in second and withdraw to my bank account in couple houre . spread and commission number one in the world no broker beat eightcap in that.

Scam broker, First they approve kyc and after deposit they reject it asking for additional documents and start scamming. They started scamming people now. Don't use eight cap, it's a scam broker. I'm now complainting with regulation and local laws.
Eightcap is one of the best Brokers out there with awesome trading conditions and great support team. Their trading Platforms are great without any market manipulations like some of these brokers. I would highly recommend them to any of my colleagues.
I have been waiting for my profit withdrawal from Eightcap for a long time. The support team told me earlier to submit proof of address before processing the withdrawal — which I did immediately and completely. Even after submitting all the required documents and following their instructions, my withdrawal has not been processed till now. I have not received any proper reason or update from Eightcap’s side despite multiple follow-ups. It’s very disappointing that a regulated broker behaves like this — quick to accept deposits but extremely slow and non-responsive when it comes to client withdrawals. I request Eightcap to resolve this issue immediately and release my funds without any further delay. Very poor customer experience.
8cap is a very reliable broker. In all the years i am using their services not a single unplanned shutdown occured. Databases are fast and well suited for MT4 expert advisor programming. Security is not the main focus of 8cap. There is no 2-factor authorization (even Amazon offers this option) or hardware generated pin (like Consors) available. Passwords are sent together with account dara per unencrypted e-mail Support is friendly but in many cases not really helpful. I am using the 400:1 leverage and 8cap ist the only broker i know offering this to people in europe.
My experience with eight cap global is so far so good smooth execution on trades fast payouts good technical support and last but not the least thanks to marriane who's been guiding through my whole trading journey with eightcap must try this broker 10 on 10

I made a deposit with this company,it only took a matter of seconds but when it came to withdraw my earnings its been a month and they have been treating me like an idiot,if your smart just find another broker because these guys are a scam
So far customer service was good, they respond fast and politely, hopefully it stays like that in the future, and hopefully the withdrawal and all procces be good.

I am a client in distress and very disappointed in the services offered eightcap I got my account verified yesterday and was told that I am free to deposit and trade which I did and even made some profit and now that I want to withdraw my said profit I start getting tossed around and being asked for more documents yet I was assured the account was verified. My child broke his arm yesterday and I needed money to pay my medical bills but here I am round in circles over my money Please note that I will want all my money withdrawn and my account closed. Is this a plot to take advantage of anxious and desperate traders to overtrade and lose all their money because the withdrawal processes are slowed down . All services are really slow compared to any other broker out there and when you make money they start asking for more documents which when provided they still ignore you .

I deposited USD 10,000 and generated ~USD 7,000 profit through manual trading. I did not use any prohibited software, latency tools, or arbitrage. Despite this, Eightcap withheld/deducted my profit. I requested: (1) the exact Terms & Conditions clauses relied upon, (2) LP rejection/flag reports, and (3) a trade-by-trade reconciliation explaining each adjustment. To date, I haven’t received a transparent response. During the same period, my other brokers processed withdrawals without issue. I’m asking Eightcap for clarity and a fair settlement of my withheld profit, supported by evidence and specific T&Cs. mt5-5112748,mt4-8326581

It’s painful to dedicate so much effort, save carefully, and then end up being deceived. I’ve experienced that myself, so I truly understand how frustrating it feels. After a lot of research and persistence, I was able to recover my funds. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation and need some guidance, I’m willing to share the steps that worked for me

If i have option to give them less than one star i would really do. It’s been more than 2 months now that they haven’t resolved my issue. No response to emails messages worst customer service. Their representatives are very rude.
