I reported a withdrawal issue, but it hasn't been resolved. The money hasn't been credited to my account. It's very difficult to contact them, and they are very slow to resolve problems.

Hidden non transparent fees ... They say the have 0 fees for bank whitdrawals ... and tehcnical that might be the case. But the intermediary banks they use keep a fee, and there's no trace of that, so it is impossible to know what's waiting for you.

Don't use this broker .They play alot of games and ask for documents you already provided when it comes to withdrawals . I was told my account was approved and ready to trade but when it came to withdrawing my funds I was really frustrated and asked to provide my bank statement which I had provided earlier when signing up and they approved it but somehow they wanted me to provide it again and even after I did nothing happened they kept on toying with me and its now day three and no response

My experience with Eightcap has been negative due to prolonged silence and a clear lack of technical understanding from their support team. For almost two weeks, support has failed to respond properly or resolve my crypto withdrawal request. Instead of addressing the issue, they repeatedly insist that the withdrawal address must be identical to the deposit address. This requirement shows a fundamental misunderstanding of how centralized crypto exchanges operate. When depositing from a centralized exchange, funds are sent from an exchange-controlled omnibus wallet. The user does not own or control that outbound address. It is therefore technically impossible and illogical for the withdrawal address to match the deposit sending address in such cases. This is standard, well-documented behavior across all major centralized exchanges and easily verifiable on-chain. This behavior caused unnecessary delays, uncertainty, and loss of trust. A regulated broker handling crypto withdrawals should have operational knowledge of centralized exchange mechanics and provide timely, competent support.

Overall I've had a great user experience with Eightcap, deposits and withdrawals are quick with multiple onramp options, tech stack is solid and I've personally haven't experienced a technical issue with them so far. Support is very helpful, as well as the account managers.

The customer support is non existent and they do not answer the questions they are asked, Now into day 10 without my account being sorted. My open trades were just closed for no reason and in negative positions. So they have yet to explain why and who is going to reimburse me!!

I requested a withdrawal of approximately 1569 USDT from Eightcap. It has been over one month. No funds were received. No TXID was provided. Support has completely stopped responding. This is extremely concerning behavior for a broker handling client funds.

The customer service and ease of funding are great. Where they lack is market data. They have huge gaps on certain markets during open which consistently gap past stops, then immediately turn back around. Other major brokers have much better data quality without the gaps, which has prompted me to start looking elsewhere. If eightcap had better data, they'd be top tier, but when they consistently show huge gaps that other brokers don't, it makes you wonder if it's intentional so you have to put on another position to make up for the gap stop and give them more commission.
