I made a deposit with this company,it only took a matter of seconds but when it came to withdraw my earnings its been a month and they have been treating me like an idiot,if your smart just find another broker because these guys are a scam
So far customer service was good, they respond fast and politely, hopefully it stays like that in the future, and hopefully the withdrawal and all procces be good.

I am a client in distress and very disappointed in the services offered eightcap I got my account verified yesterday and was told that I am free to deposit and trade which I did and even made some profit and now that I want to withdraw my said profit I start getting tossed around and being asked for more documents yet I was assured the account was verified. My child broke his arm yesterday and I needed money to pay my medical bills but here I am round in circles over my money Please note that I will want all my money withdrawn and my account closed. Is this a plot to take advantage of anxious and desperate traders to overtrade and lose all their money because the withdrawal processes are slowed down . All services are really slow compared to any other broker out there and when you make money they start asking for more documents which when provided they still ignore you .

I deposited USD 10,000 and generated ~USD 7,000 profit through manual trading. I did not use any prohibited software, latency tools, or arbitrage. Despite this, Eightcap withheld/deducted my profit. I requested: (1) the exact Terms & Conditions clauses relied upon, (2) LP rejection/flag reports, and (3) a trade-by-trade reconciliation explaining each adjustment. To date, I haven’t received a transparent response. During the same period, my other brokers processed withdrawals without issue. I’m asking Eightcap for clarity and a fair settlement of my withheld profit, supported by evidence and specific T&Cs. mt5-5112748,mt4-8326581

It’s painful to dedicate so much effort, save carefully, and then end up being deceived. I’ve experienced that myself, so I truly understand how frustrating it feels. Terrible Broker – Stay Away from Eightcap! I’m absolutely furious with this broker. Eightcap is the worst! They’re NOT flexible, NOT efficient, and have horrible customer service. When you face issues, they’re not willing to help and make everything difficult. I can’t believe this is an “Australian regulated” broker what a disappointment. There are many better and more reliable brokers out there. Avoid Eightcap at all costs!
There should be 0 stars for this because of what I experienced with this broker Eightcap. I created an account with them using an affiliate's link. They have this promotion for everyone that the first deposit of will have 20% credit bonus. I deposited $510 and iI requested for this credit bonus. Unfortunately, their account manager responsible to my trading account said "Following a review of your account, we must unfortunately advise that as your account was referred via an Eightcap partner, it is not eligible for this specific offer. As per the terms and conditions section 6 under 6.2." It clearly states "6.2 This Promotion is not available to Introducing Brokers of Eightcap." Their terms and conditions did not clearly say what is this Introducing brokers. The account manager wrote me "This is to advise that affiliates and partners are part of Eightcap introducing broker. Hence the offer were no longer applied to clients that were referred." Clearly this company is just making an excuse not to give credit bonus. I have opened an account with different brokers like VT Markets, PuPrime, etc and also under an affiliate link and I did not have any problems in getting the credit bonus. Once I deposited funds, my account will automatically have corresponding bonus. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Eightcap to anyone and may this be a warning for everyone who are planning to use this broker.
